You can have a gear on the steering bar, mated to a gear on the top of a shaft going through a cylinder with bearings on either end that gets attached to your frame (maybe the steering column from a sacrificial pedal bike). At the bottom of the shaft, you can attach a chain gear and run a chain and attach it to both sides of the rear tire frame using guide gears to keep the chain inline with the frame.

Recall the GHPC monster chopper, you/they learned the importance of rounded tires for turning. Inline tires (motorcycles, bikes, etc.) rely on rounded tires and lean to steer. You can't do it with flat tires. If you switch all 4 to rounded tires it would work better, but there would still be a lot of scrubbing in the front 3. For smooth steering with no scrubbing all the contact patches need to be able to land on an arc. 2 wheels always land on an arc, so only one needs to steer, which is why this has worked so well for bikes of all kinds for centuries. For 3 or more inline wheels to land on an arc you need ALL of them to have steering.

My dudes, I use to own a 6x6 5 ton truck. When I engauged the front axel drive, you can't really turn it any more, that's just for going straight. Because the front wheels were drive wheels are on the steering axel, if you turn the wheels while going forward, both rear axels are pushing forwards -and the front axel is pulling at some angle so they're fighting eachother. I like the idea what you're doing, but I think the middle wheels will have to be able to swivel, so they kind of act like casters. That way when you are turning, you're not pulling the middle wheels sideways. Just food for thought. Best of luck to you, can't wait to see this project through to completition!!

4 wheel drive and 4 wheel steer would be interesting. The outer two tires, if steering opposite of each other would need to turn approximately twice as much as the inner two tires. Fellas, that thing will not turn unless you put the triple tree on top of the wheel. If it's in front or behind the tire, when you try to turn, the tire itself is gonna make it incredibly difficult to turn because of the grip/friction it has with the ground since you're trying to force the whole tire to slide out of its own path rather than just rotating the center at the bottom (center of your contact patch). Even if you're strong enough to get it to turn, it's gonna end in a crash.
Also, the rear steer is going to either A) turn it into a 2 wheeled motorcycle when you lean into a turn, B) make turning dangerous because of the risk of hitting a bump on one of your middle tires (would probably bounce or change your direction mid turn), or C) if you stay upright during turns at speed you'll just fly off and lay it over.
I'm not a physicist, but from riding for a while and having a basic understanding of why every part in a motorcycle is the way it is from my mechanic courses, these two areas put out a huge red flag for me.
Another issue is that you will need suspension. Without it, any slight bump will bounce the whole bike and cause safety risks, and also cause for a super uncomfortable ride.

Yeah the steering is going to be a little difficult what if you use the two front wheels like a normal motorcycle for the most part and the remaining two wheels like an actual caterpillar that pivot you could even add more wheels in the back so they would just follow behind in order for the most part and put maybe seats or something on them with even hydraulic or some kind of spring system to keep tension on the wheels when you turn but then it would be more like a little caterpillar or scorpion would Flex so if you drove in circles you could basically play Snake
