I just found that brand of soap randomly donated to the thrift store. It smelled so good and was beautiful. I bought it and looked it up online. $10 a piece of soap!
Some times its worth it because you truly enjoy it many times a day. We choose the more expensive wonderful fragrance hand soap also because it didn't dry out our skin.

Savonnière, savonnier, savonnerie - which is it? you all reminded me that I grew up in a family that did not have a centerpiece of lovely flowers down the middle of the table but a huge, 5 inch thick dictionary in the center. We each got to pick a word from it (which we thought no one else knew about) then the rest of the family had to guess the spelling and its definition.....beats arguments at dinner time. It was a little book with paragraphs with words (verbs, nouns etc...) missing. One player would ask another for a verb (let's say), any verb. Finally, when the passage was completed it could be read to everyone. Usually, the results were hilarious!!!

The Trianon de Porcelaine was demolished because the the porcelaine weathered and majority have cracked. It was then replaced by the present Grand Trianon.
Don't forget the pickled (roasted) garlic!! Yummy. Actually, it really is good (at least the type the deli near me gets from Little Italy in the Bronx) with fresh bread. Part of the deliciousness, for me, is the disgusted way my sister and mother (who are very bland eaters) look at me. My Mom especially has that look "did I give birth to you?" that I think Stephanie's Mom used with her on occasion. :)

Part of the deliciousness, for me, is the disgusted way my sister and mother (who are very bland eaters) look at me. My Mom especially has that look "did I give birth to you?" that I think Stephanie's Mom used with her on occasion. :)
