CIMM Conservatives, BQ and NDP shut down debate on caregivers

Today we raised the Filipino flag on Parliament Hill for Filipino Independence Day. At the Immigration Committee, I moved a motion to prioritize our study, delayed since December, of the caregiver pilot programs. The Conservatives, BQ and NDP teamed up to adjourn debate and silence caregivers.
