100% Agree, hes the total package. If he can get this team back on track he will 100% win coach of the year. Hes very likeable and i know he relates very well to players. #TITANUP!
Really strong interview. Thanks Easton for asking the question and then listening to the coach answer - rather than being one of those guys who has to interject himself into the interview - let the guy talk. The answer to the seven impact players question was well reasoned and clearly stated. I'll echo what I've seen others say - I really like Coach Callahan. Some coaches stiff arm interviewers - not this coach - he is one of the most engaging, down to earth coaches in recent experience. Let''s hope for a better year two.
Great interview. I agree with Callahan’s assessment of himself and I feel pretty optimistic about how he will evolve as a coach this year. The transparency he shows is rare and very insightful.
Easton, thank you. You asked all the questions you need to and you can tell Brian enjoyed talking to you. I’ve been more of a casual viewer/reader of your content but will definitely be following a lot closer after this!
Word is that Jayden Daniels uses some type of VR headset to get mental reps. He used it in college the year he won the Heisman and he's been using it his rookie year in Washington. Obviously it works! We should try that here in Tennessee. 🤷🏾♂️
Decision-making, timing and accuracy well to me he’s describing Shedeur!!! he’s cool under pressure in the moment is never too big for him. Just watch him run the two minute offense against Colorado State. Cam Ward is more mobile and can create more on the run.
This is really awesome a HC to do...Vrabel NEVER wouldve answered one of these questions and wouldve been so angry and offended about questions like the one about NWI and the Special Teams
What I really like about this interview is the honest assessment of Levis. He basically said Levis was affected by poor O line play because we wanted to throw down the field more and those kinds of plays takes time to develop. Also mentioned that affected him and that mentally messed him up. Also mentioned that his strengths is not the short game and timing plays. So at least he admits that it wasn't just Levis. As far as getting another QB... I still don't think they get one in the first round. I think they maybe draft one in the later rounds... but I also think Levis will still have a shot next year to make the roster again and be either a backup or possibly start if he shows improvement. Remember, this team is far from being competitive and they are going to have to build the roster a bit before they will be ready to maybe go to a playoff game by the time the new stadium opens. So keeping Levis doesn't hurt the team at all. Especially if they do build the O line in the draft. Levis needs time to develope and the question will be, will the titans invest in that, or do they feel its too far gone and it time to move on. Time will tell.
Great job by Easton much respect but as for cally I hope he can get better but i doubt he can. I think he just not cut out to be a head coach. He probably best suited for offensive coordinator.
The weakest link on defense is our linebackers. Our D line is good. Our secondary have the potential to be top five in the league. But we do need edge rushers! We all know the problem or offense which is quarterback and offensive line mainly right tackle! In special teams, we need a reliable electrifying return guy. As well as guys who can cover.. I believe we have a good roster, but if we can get dominant, fast linebackers, and sure up the offensive line as well as a quarterback, who is competent, we’re really not that far off.
@stevenaguirre2488 Everybody has question marks John Elway and Brett Farve throw to hard no touch on passes, Peyton Manning can't throw deep, Patrick Mahomes, he is too reckless with the ball, Josh Allen need to read defenses faster and use his legs less, Lamar Jackson need to be a WR or Rb this is what was said and they had no clue what was to come. So if you need a Qb and you have the number 1 pick then you take your shot because none of us know until they hit the field
Callahan is growing on me. Looking back at last season, most of my frustration came from Will Levis’s regression. I was looking for someone to blame besides Will. I had forgotten this is the same dude that gave Vol fans endless memes during his time at Kentucky. It was inevitable that he would fail.
1) Vrabel would've never done an interview like this unless it was with The Boys 2) Even in Vrabel's Bussin interviews, he was never forthcoming with information 3) IF Vrabel HAD done an interview like this, he wouldn't have held himself accountable for anything that had gone wrong.

Nick have to go! We need a real OC on this team! If you want him to be your secretary then that’s fine. If you’d like to keep him on the staff in another role that’s fine. But OC we need Doug Peterson or Eric Beienemy!!
I’m quite sure ran Carthon. See things that he could’ve done better now that he had a full season as GM. Things that he would change, I’m quite sure he took notes and evaluated himself after a year and a half. But he don’t get the opportunity to evaluate himself and come back better. And that’s the privilege that we speak of.😐
@@ZelGoesHardhe needs to be because he's not going to play 80% of the snaps on both offense and defense. As a receiver he's maybe 3rd or 4th best in this draft and maybe the 2nd or 3rd best corner.

Have no idea why he wasn’t fired when they decided to hire a new GM. He didn’t have the team prepared all year. The offense was not efficient and didn’t run clean. But maybe with year 2 and without Levis things will improve? Let’s hope. Titans were undisciplined and sloppy. But hey, he is a nice guy.
Just because they didn’t give up a blocked punt of field goal doesn’t mean they improved over the year. Jc was a bottom 5 tackle this year, we could have kept andre dillard and gotten similar production. Brock bowers is a future hall of famer, a guy who could break every record at the position and some at the WR position, as a pass catcher. In regards to qb, we'll see what they do with Mason. My gut says Titans will be looking for an experienced veteran not a rookie. They might keep Rudolph since he's got the experience just need to get his guarantee around 1.5 mil. Levis I don't believe has the football iq at that position.
