Same. Have been searching for a reason. I’ve seen the multiple links available on some pages while not on others. Can’t find a difference

I would guess it is just a delay in rolling it out across accounts/countries. I say this as I have check my personal, creator and business accounts I have access too and they all have the multiple links function available. Sorry you are experiencing this delay… instagram is know for this
