I’m 34 weeks pregnant right now…and let’s just say there’s never been a dull moment with this lil guy.
Have had 3 seizures during the pregnancy (never had them…ever til now)…cerclage is being removed in 2 weeks.
1 month ago, I couldn’t walk 5 feet without losing my breath..thought it normal pregnancy stuff…definitely wasn’t…discovered two large blood clots on both lungs.
So, every morning & night I inject blood thinner into my legs (didn’t wanna do pills, bc then I couldn’t breastfeed).
They can’t remove clots til the baby comes. Being induced 5/17, or it’s possible he comes after cerclage is removed…lol!
I saw this video and laughed so hard, I peed myself…no shock there..showed my husband..he enjoyed it too!

My mother: (She gave birth to my sister in July)
That was what I'd assumed, but my mom had my sister in August and myself in September and said that her memory was being glad to be able to go barefoot when her feet were swelling. 😂 Meanwhile I'm 37 weeks pregnant right now and I think being heavily pregnant in the latter part of winter is pretty close to optimal, to be honest. Helps that my feet didn't grow or swell, though! (My mom already made fun of me for my giant feet - if they grew, I'd never hear the end of it lol)
I had it both ways my first DD was born end of October so went through summer pregnant (not fun traveling on London underground while pregnant 😞) my second DD was born in March, definitely preferred being pregnant in winter

Teachers can show that as a little opening or to get back the attention, but the kids won‘t learn anything from this aside from „pregnancy not nice for body“

Actually this is very educational
It may not be very scientifically educational but it’s still educational in the sense that it teaches kids/teens/people about what happened to your body during pregnancy and how that affects your other organs

This was HILARIOUS and I personally love that all the organs had male voices ^_^ I can only imagine that processing all of this as an adolescent/young adult male is a lot, so maybe this could help them relate better. Good job on the video!
I think the uterus and brain should've been voiced by a woman. After all, only a woman can get pregnant, so her brain which is physically different compared to a man's, and her women's unique organ, should've been a woman's voice.

First pregnancy is the difficult one but the next one and the other becomes somewhat bearable because of the experience they had in first pregnancy.

@@desaiyarlagadda4394 Not true at all. I’m on my second pregnancy. And I have the worse symptoms 😭. My first pregnancy wasn’t that bad. It just really depends. Some women’s first pregnancy was worse and second one is not as bad or the other way around.

Damn I never knew that being pregnant put more strain on the heart. Those women who have 6 or more kids like nothing must be tough as a tank.
It does put strain on the heart hence so many pregnant women experience higher blood pressure during pregnancy as the heart has to work two to three times harder.
I'm 37 weeks pregnant now, and I was a distance runner before pregnancy and have continued running throughout pregnancy, but shorter distances - about 5-8 km two to three times a week instead of the ~40 km a week I logged before. The thing I've found most intriguing is that yes, it's harder to run and my recovery time is longer - but the added difficulty is not even close to the level it seems it should be for the ~25 lbs gained. So the thing that I've found really interesting is how many things have changed in tandem to accommodate. You can actually visually see my veins in my limbs that have gotten darker as my blood volume has increased (not varicose veins, which I know is common, but actually just my veins appearing more prominent through my skin). The lungs not having as much space to expand has been the primary limiting factor, I think.
