    Bruh, I installed a Hybrid in my HK416 and I honestly had to drop the ROF setting to -30%. It's insane how much it adds on 11.1v Li-po. I want my ROF to be the realistic 15-ish shots per second. Probably still a bit too fast. Also programming the Hybrid is a breeze. Never liked GATE stuff (need a separate gadget to program a mosfet wth?), and never will buy one again because Perun is simply superior
    EDIT: On top of the hybrid ROF; my set-up is 16:1 gears and I have M110 spring. I hit 1.63 joules with 0.32s (just under DMR limit where I'm from) and max range with Maple Leaf MR is 230 feet and more if I mortar it, accurate to 200 (can hit a man-sized target repeatedly). It's a 130 euro Double Bell and I threw like 400 euros inside it :'D talk about a sleeper. Took 6 months of testing to get it perfect and now it's a monster.

    The Perun V2/3 Hybrid is the only mosfet i put in builds now, they're great. Be careful routing the signal wire near the trigger pin hole, I have torn one in half inserting it before.

    Fabulous video, better than peruns own video too! One question though, what about the selector plate spring?

    • @PheasAirsoft
      @PheasAirsoft  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Glad you liked it! You don't need the spring. The spring is only there to help with the cut off lever, as the cut off is gone, it's no longer needed. So it can be added to your pile of left overs! Hope that helps! Pheas

    Nice video. Shows just how fiddly mosfet installations can be and how long it takes even a decent tech to install one. Yes tech fees can be high but this is why. Oh next order you make remind me and I'll drop in a set of helping hands for you. Was hurting me seeing you have to keep that rear wire in place 🙂

      @PheasAirsoft  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Glad you are liking them. The tune up services, seem to be ok value for money, on cymas i probably wouldnt bother, but on something like a double bell, probably worth it as some of their shimming is questionable, so likely to help. Especially if you cant/ dont want to do those things yourself, then probably worth just paying them to do it for you and then its good to go. Pheas

    Doubt you'll see this after 2 years, but I'm finding an issue where the pistol grips of some of my guns aren't wide enough to fit the wider wiring of the Perun v2 hybrid, rendering the gun useles as the motor can't sit properly. I don't suppose you know what pistol grip was on the gun you did the installation on as I'm struggling to find any information about this online?

    I am attempting to install mine on a CYMA M4 but I have an issue with the trigger not sitting correctly. It says that the magnet holder/pin should be resting on a small pillar yet, after a a couple trigger pulls it moves from place and now rests ontop of the pillar and creates some sort of resistance and causes the plastic to wear down. Any sort of suggestions?

    • @PheasAirsoft
      @PheasAirsoft  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello! That's unusual the pillar in the gb shell is usually on spec in a Cyma. Just to check... this is happening with the shell closed up properly?? The only thing off top of my head I can think of is to maybe add something to the back of the magnet holder or the top of the pillar to make the contact area larger to it cant lift onto the top of the pillar.. Oh wait the other thing you COULD try is shimming the trigger down in to the left of the gearbox (forcing down close to the pillar and keeping it down as there may be side to side movement in trigger which could be causing this. Hope one of those helps! Pheas

    • @sebthedark
      @sebthedark 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@PheasAirsoft Hi Pheas, so I have closed it but I haven’t added any screws in yet, but it seems like the tension of the spring and trigger causes is to move up and ontop of the pillar rather than stay put. I’ll try it again with some screws to see if that creates enough pressure to keep it in place

    Installed mine using this video but it fires 3rnd burst in semi then light flashes yellow/green

    • @PheasAirsoft
      @PheasAirsoft  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello! The yellow/green is a cycle detention failure. This could be down to the gear having too much grease on it, could be the MOSFET sat not quite in the right place or it could be grease on the sensor. I would check those.. probably do the grease between the teeth first, then the grease on the sensor, then the positioning. That should resolve it. Pheas

    • @SeanFirestone
      @SeanFirestone 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @PheasAirsoft will give that a shot. Ive wipe sensors free of any possible grease and the gears got minimal. Im wanting to say it could be may sector gear isnt shimmed properly or maybe PME.

    • @SeanFirestone
      @SeanFirestone 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Have cleaned sensors and teeth from heavy grease. Still having the same issue. Im stumped it willvfire 3 times rhen flash green/yellow then will allow me to pull trigger again after a short delay then it fires 3 times and then yello/green light. Ive checked everything in my knowledge but still stumped

    • @PheasAirsoft
      @PheasAirsoft  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@SeanFirestone The only 2 things I can think of then are that the sensor is damaged OR more likely: the whole board is slightly out of position. I would losen the screw that retains it, move it up / towards the gear. Then screw it back down and try again. if that doesnt work then it could be the sensor is damaged. Pheas
