Animenz I wanted to say I am a self-taught pianist that looks up to you and you inspire me every day for playing piano. When I first saw your piano covers, I thought, “that could be me.” That’s when I started playing. And after 2 years, I can play your Unravel cover (along with other songs like cruel angel thesis, all of the demon slayer songs, jujustu kaisen, and most of your newer ones.) . If you were to quit uploading, I wouldn’t have any motivation and I would quit playing piano. You probably won’t ever read this but I wish one day I can be as good as you. Amazing cover and never stop making them; I listen to every one daily lol.
@@Eggdad I’m not a piano teacher or anything like that, But personally, I would say a very important tip is to have a goal or huge motivation. The reason I started playing was because I kept seeing Animenz videos and a couple other popular modern pianist like Lang-Lang. Seeing these people play gave me a good reason as to why I shouldn’t of quit when I FIRST started playing. What I did was not a very wise decision, but i never quit. Basically when I first started, I SKIPPED to the more intermediate pieces along with some meme songs. It was difficult but when I never felt like quitting because how attached I was to playing the piano. And more importantly, I ALWAYS dreamed about being on a stage, and playing one of Animenz pieces in-front of a crowd. I hope this helped as I’m not a good teacher. And you really need to make sure you actually enjoy playing piano. If you don’t, it just won’t work out. DO NOT GET SIMPLY PIANO)
I'M SOO EXCITED FOR THIS! Though I haven't watched the anime itself, I've watched the OG music video and also the piano version arranged by Fonzi. And so far I've liked it. Since Animenz made his own version, I'm expecting his version to be the best.
It's a great series. the start is a little bumpy, pacing-wise, but once it finds a groove (around episode 25 or so) it digs in and goes hard. My second favorite series, currently.
After a year I finally listened to the openings of Black Clover again and of all things OP 10, which I liked the most, was streamed 10 min ago. I’m so lucky. Thank you Animenz for your hard work, you always make my day.
Honestly the Fonzi M arrangement is much better than this imo. This is a bit faster and more filled, but Fonzi managed to bring out the groove of the song perfectly with his style.
@@aidenchoe4971 that's the thing, there's no need for variety on the left hand. He nailed the swing vibes of the song, and adds fluidity in the perfect places. You are judging them by how much you like them compared to how much they do the original justice. I both personally like Fonzi's arrangement, and it is objectively better in bringing out the soul of the song.
No catcher can catch the speed of 2:24, that part was brilliantly played like you practiced 40 hours per hour.... Overall, this is a pretty groovy arrangement, and I really like the accents from the LH and the long short notes, thanks for this amazing cover!
Animenz is definitely surpassing his limits here! The wait was definitely worth it, especially for that bridge section at 2:15 (which I'm sure a lot of pepople were looking forward to). Also, quite an interesting choice to go for the alternating F#-G at 0:10 - haven't really heard before, but definitely adds a bit of groovy flavor to that introduction section. Really love these groovy arrangements - this is definitely something I can come back to again and again! Loved listening to your left hand, especially in the final section beginning at 2:33! Hopefully we see more of these groovy arrangements in the future -(hopefully we still get that Kyouran Hey Kids full arrangement one day)- 😅 Enjoy your stay in Dubai, and good luck at the concert!

That feeling when I was just thinking if Animenz already has a Black Catcher piano cover and searched for it. And here it is! My one take though is that that "Somebody just tell me now" part at 0:53, I think could've been better. That's all!
