QANTAS and SINGAPORE AIRLINES are the Only Carriers to confirm they will use the new airport at this stage.Awful access unless -assemblers drive to the airport. The “Fast train Only goes to St Mary’s less than 10 kilometres away. There passengers have to change to the slow Heavy rail which all Sydney residents use… and it’s Not a 24 hour rail service.Aviation fuel has to be carried by tanker trucks, approx 350 tanker movements a day. Big problems for our road network with Expensive Motorways really the only connection to the airport.
You mentioned nothing about lounges. Singapore have committed to fly there. Will there be a Qantas Lounge and Singapore Airlines Lounge? I know Virgin Blue or whatever they call themselves nowadays won't.
@@gregquan5647 who really knows what lounges are going in.I would assume QANTAS will put one in,but what we don’t know is how much space is available for any lounges. Those plans haven’t been released yet.
@@johnlaine2654 Hi mate - Virgin closed their lounges yet carry on like they're a premium airline. The whole space they used to occupy in Cairns for example is just empty and closed. They're a complete and utter joke

@@gregquan5647 Yes, I heard about that lounge closing some time ago. Not a good way to treat their Guests ,as they call them.
