There is a recipe online for Dairy Queen style vanilla soft serve ice milk that when frozen has a taste similar to the real thing used for soft serve cones, Dilly Bars, sundaes, and Blizzards. I like it better than what you get at Dairy Queen because you control what goes in it. When I make it at home, I use pure cane sugar, NOT HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. I use pure vanilla extract, NOT IMITATION VANILLA FLAVOR. Just these 2 things alone makes the soft serve taste really good.

I remember seeing the Dairy Queen Treatmeal on TV back in the day with Marshmallow Moose, Chocolate Chimp and Strawberry Bear. I had to be 7 years old at the time (1991)
And Butterscotch Beaver, too. I was also 7 in 91.
Do you have proof of the existence of that "nerdy little beaver called Butterscotch Beaver"?
Sure sounds like Singers Unlimited on some of these old jingles.

Lol, both Casey Kasem and Dick Clark did 80's DQ commercials. I still wish I could find the Queen's Choice ice cream BIG SCOOP commercial. It was one of my favorite commercials from my (very) young childhood. My favorite was the Reese Cup and the cherry vanilla.
I love the Dairy Queen treatmeal commercial LOL! I love kids meal commercials because they were more wacky and fun than adult-like serious.

How is it possible that the 1980s _burger_ _wars_ era, " *More* *More* *Burger* *Than* *Bun* " jingle Dairy Queen commercial is not on TH-cam? That spot must have run for what seemed like years because I involuntarily memorized the jingle.

FYI, The Treatza Pizza wasn't short lived. They are still sold today.
I've recently found that out. I never got to try it back in 95, but my mom wants one for her b-day in July, so we're gonna get her one, so I might try a bit of it.
