How I solved VULKAN issue in AMD laptop/notebook with Nvidia Graphics

When I installed a new image processing app in for my Windows laptop for a film project, it keep stopping work saying 'ERROR: NO VULKAN compatible GPU'. I was confused, as I know I have the Nvidia graphics that HAS Vulkan support. After many research I found that, the problem is not with my Nvidia GPU but with the inbuilt AMD Radeon iGPU. Nvidia already put the solution on their 'NVIDIA SUPPORT' website, which I found later.
This technique worked for me, I'm not sure if it will work for your Notebook or not, so, Please Use at Your Own Risk.
