•1tbsp Butter or Oil
•1 large Onion (Chopped)
•350g boiled & shredded Chicken
•2 small Capsicum (red & green)
•1/2 tsp Salt
•1tsp Italian herbs
•1tsp Garlic powder
•1/2tbsp crushed red chilies
•2tbsp Flour
•1cup Milk
•650g Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
•1/2tsp Black pepper powder
•1/2tsp White pepper powder
•1tsp dried Parsley
•1/2 tsp salt
•2Eggs
•2tbsp unsalted Butter (room temperature)
•3-4 tbsp fresh Coriander (chopped)
•1/2cup Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
•1/2cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
•Flour
•Egg whites
•Breadcrumbs
•Oil for Frying
