I had a crack in my 3 pane window. It was enough for moisture to get in and settle creating an orange residue inside the window at the bottom. Makes me wonder about how I should install these polycarbonate sheets because I feel it’ll have the same issue if not installed properly. It’s for the courtyard of a u-shaped house.
I would like to know if water gets pooled behind the connector where the two sheets are joined vertically? I’m having that problem right now, any advice? Thanks
I'm curious what you found out from their customer support. I've got a project I want to do and am having trouble finding anyone who makes long enough sheets. This seems like my only option
As a general guideline, when installing SUNLITE DIY roofing, the ventilated/breather tape should be applied at the bottom end of the panel, and the aluminum tape at the top end. The SUNLITE family of products provides solutions for various building applications, such as industrial daylight systems, vertical facades, and more. These applications may have different installation guidelines than DIY roofing.

Do they fade over time? Does the color change?
SUNLITE sheets are UV protected. 10 years warranty for light transmission, color, and breakage.
TY! What's the price on a 4x8 sheet? 100 units with the holding brackets? Greenhouse use.

use sealant for the joint
Make use of the breather tape and aluminium tape before installation , getting rid of that moisture after is extremely hard
Is there a product that will last 20 years? What do you recommend?
The palram installation book say to put the breather tape on the top edge and the sealer tape on the bottom edge. Who is right?

Aluminium will block incoming moisture , breather allows moisture to escape
