How about showing the process from beginning to end? From opening the battery, disposing the content, adding the new solution, how to charge the battery, etc
That explains alot, never tested the battery "acid" doesn't surprise me tho, but ticks me off knowing how much they want us to pay for those "new" batteries!
23 Kenworth my batteries barely last three years, In context It does have an APU to charge the battery. My mother 09 Land Rover lasted until 2016,It was still running strong just replaced it for no surprises in the morning from there and only last 2 years. Even my 2019 freightliner EPU I have to keep changing every other year because the battery keep failing. never would’ve thought it’s the adjective they put in batteries themselves more water down but more expensive.
I have to admit you are telling me the truth. My last '4 year' battery lasted 3 years. I am old enough to remember when I could get 6-7 years out of a battery. I have always thought there should be a solution to dissolve the sulfation but there is some metal loss that is not replaced. If it buys me another year or more this looks like a good solution.
Would you get higher result if you cleaned the old battery out with Baking soda first, too? Then placing your solution after it is drained and rinsed with water too? Thanks
So basically the batteries that we buy now are actually filled with distilled water when really they be should be filed with sulphuric acid as I'm not sure what's in your battery stuff as I'm living in Ireland ☘️🇮🇪 & we've got the same shite over here, Good video guys.
Well there is definitely sulphuric acid but I'm thinking he is either saying it's a weaker solution and or that there are additives that stop the plates from sulphating I assume once the that happens that basically removes the Sulphur from the acid
Quick question - you said that you had a battery fail - if you spend the amount of money on the product and the battery still fails what do you do. That’s a lot of money for a maybe - while according to your 1 bad battery in that pile - you may have one at home that failed. Secondly there are maintenance free and maintenance batteries right? - is this product only for maintenance batteries?? I am new to this.
Not only are they watered down , they are not built with virgin metal anymore , recycled lead has more impurities , add water the impurities excell and ruins the charge , ions short out in rusty water , rather than travel ,they go dead ..
Being a vehicle mechanic for 30 + years. I dealt with the green military batteries and civilian batteries, and they die prematurely. I will tey your product and give my response, my reply in a few months.
Now I know what to do when I buy a new battery add extra sulfuric acid which I have bottles of I'll just bring that level back up myself to the make it last for 7 years level without having to clean it if I do it when the battery is brand new.
I just wanted to clean the plates and pour my own sulfuric acid and water back into the battery as was done at the Mercedes-Benz counter with a brand new Mercedes battery it was dry when you got to the dealer they pour the acid in and tell you take it home you put it on a slow charge and it lasts 7 years I have that sulfuric acid water solution here my question is is if you're cleaning the plates don't you need to dump that out and refill it with water and sulfuric acid?

You can't figure those steps out without a visual aid?

My father has had a battery business in Dominican Republic doing the exact same thing.

In like 01 my uncle had a 86 case 850 dozer with the original batteries in it.
I suspect the bigger batteries, need a longer time on the charger, and the hydrometer will show even higher. Might be worth the testing.
Dude you are a cash money scientist
Thanks alot I'll be ordering a gallon or 2 for sure whats a good battery charger u recommend or what amp to bring old batts back to life?
How do you do this to a side post battery
How often do you recommend replacing your electrolyte solution?
I think he is saying its 1 and done and it sounds like it would be ideal to do it with your band new battery
dam just found this channel.. 1st video I watched.. glad I found it.. no charging needed?
Put on trickle charger for a day or 2
So how long will the battery life be after applying your solution
Why is the solution clear in the battery and yellow in the jug??
Would you get higher result if you cleaned the old battery out with Baking soda first, too? Then placing your solution after it is drained and rinsed with water too? Thanks
I would never put baking soda in a battery that I was planning on keeping lol
@@drizzyfam3893 Never Ever
No, just rinse out the cells with distilled water

If the battery is discharged. It will show red on the hydrometer.
Does it work with AGM batteries?
I have my own automotive shop I would like to start refurbishing my own batteries I would like you to mentor me

Brother pls claim the paton on your products at the paton office peace & blessings
If you have existing batteries working can you perform this process to extend those batteries?
Yes
Sold On Amazon?? I’m interested
www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C15HCCW8
Will it work on duralast battery?
How do you open a sealed battery?
You don't...
Not only are they watered down , they are not built with virgin metal anymore , recycled lead has more impurities , add water the impurities excell and ruins the charge , ions short out in rusty water , rather than travel ,they go dead ..
This acid solution cost $50.00/gal on Amazon. How much do you really save to reconditioning your old battery compare buying a new one?
It may work but not on every battery ?
Battery Guyz, So if I buy a New battery I will still need to change out the solution to extend the Life of the Life of the Battery.
It seems like car batteries are getting worse and prices are going up so high.
Approximately several years ago.....that almost caused a nose/coffee incident....
Do people just dump used solution into the sewer?
Pour baking soda in it, then test. Ph neutral it can be disposed of in a sanitary sewer.
Dump the old battery acid into a 5-gallon plastic bucket and for baking soda in it until it stops foaming.
Hydrochloric acid.
Battery guyz please read more often. Maybe 15mins per day, please read whatever you enjoy. It will help you increase your revenue.
