Maybe they didn't browse in the normal sense; I wonder if they used their bulk and strength (and maybe the tail club) to flatten areas of forest and then eat the downed foliage off the ground?

Are you sure that's the correct skull you're showing at 1:37?
No it definitely is not. I was just using it to show where the bones are located because the color coding and labeling were very good.
