Sample before s3
Two non-crit surges are sad but SS:E rigged on this one. If all conditions were perfect then final number would be somewhat 68 mils. On average I was getting 60 mils with decent crit.
Overwhelm debuff start and it maintained 80 secs
Surge with crit: 13/15
Surge with KBW penalty: 0/15
SS:E enabled: 5/6

did you change up your rotation? whats ur new rotation now? windcut before death trance (z)? and then?

No I didn't change. It's just clicking up in a order of cd but I start with maelstorm after death trance cause it's trixion. I delay it after synerge in real raid

@@Crowoly so whats ur rotation then? wind cut -> death trance (z) -> surprise attack -> windcut -> maelstrom -> earth cleaver -> turning slash -> blade dance -> blitz rush -> surprise attack -> surge ?

@@dhaha7 I prefer maelstrom before second windcut but that's ok as well. No rule for early stack buildup honestly. but rest are just way it is cause cd order.

​@@dhaha7 No way you lack stack with this rotation. You hit 55~56 stacks before final surprise attack so it's rather overflowing.

In term of dps ceiling I think sura, surge are definitely in spot but rest are very personal choice; RE, night's edge and igniter.

It's weapon transcendence effect, enhanced successor's strength. It's 50% rng buff system at max trans which gives you 6.5% more damage
