Wow nice, are you done upgrading the engravings in the ark passive?
Not to relic tier yet
How has the nerf affected damage overall?
I don't think there was nerf recently in KR region?All nerfs surge hard after it got reworked were somewhat minor tho
unrealistic rotation with malestorm being at 0.2 sec before surge hits.. unless you are not using RC
Only a few uses RC with ark passive setting unless you have RC 97 or crave little more damage because of engraving patch, critical damage adjustment on positional attack and poison rune
