Maraming nabitin sa pelikulang ito at nagnanais na magkaroon ng sequel. However, kung iisipin nating mabuti, kung sakali mang sundan ito ng part 2, ma i-spoil yung ganda ng kalidad ng HLG. This is how direct Cathy Garcia-Molina wants to portray this movie. Yun bang parang nabibitin ka pero tapos na naman at may resolution na ang istorya. Magaling siyang direktor kasi hinayaan niya ang mga manonood na mag create ng continuity ng istorya nina Ethan at Joy. Hinayaan niya tayo na magfantasize sa success ni Joy sa Canada at sa kung anong magiging future nila. I don't recommend part 2. Leave it as it is. It is perfect to end like this. Let our curious minds create our own after-story and let Joy's pursuit if success be our inspiration to strive hard and to achieve more in life. Let their story be a reflection of our own. This must not be just a movie to watch but a masterpiece that puts inspiration to our hearts.
The ambiguous ending creates a fantastic opportunity for the audience to create the meaning for themselves and I applaud for these sorts of endings in films.
I knew na may chemistry sila based on the teaser and trailer but I didn't expect na ibang level sa movie. Times 10! I wouldn't be surprised if baka magtambal sila uli. If not sequel nito, romcom movie. They compliment each other. Makakalimutan mo na may Kathnile at Aldub. Yung kilig na hindi nagpapakilig. Saktong-sakto lang. Hindi kulang, hindi OA.
Yung dalang-dala ka na sa eksena coz these two are halimaw lang naman sa pagbibigay ng right emotions... then papasok pa yung ganitong soundtrack. Wala na. You just knew you'll never get over this film, for a very long time.

The 2nd time I watched the movie, mas naintindihan ko yung struggle ni Joy at yung love ni Ethan. Nung unang nood ko kasi I focused on their emotions. Mas maiinindihan pla talaga kapag inulit mo sya. Mas tatatak sa puso mo at mas may marerealize ka na hndi mo nagets nung unang nood mo. Now I understand. Ang galing ni Direk CGM. Sinaktan ako ng movie na to. Hindi ako umiyak nung patapos na ang movie. Humagulgol ako ng ilang minuto. Superb acting talaga. Hindi ko matanggap na tapos na!!!! A few seconds before mag-end, I was whispering "Don't you dare, don't you dare.(leave me hanging)" Sa movie, it was emphasized na you can be more. Well, I WANT MORE!!!! Grabe Kath and Alden, you have surpassed my expectations. In the height of my emotions, I was thinking bye Daniel (char lang, sila man ni Kath forever kahit di sila loveteam). Ganoon talaga siya kaganda, ganoon kalakas ang chemistry ni Kath and Alden. Anong pangalan ng loveteam ni Kath and Alden? Sign me up in your fandom.

super ganda ng film. napaka-mature ng mga character in all aspects at sobrang nakaka-proud ng mga desisyon nila sa buhay. pero ang sakit 😭 okay naman ako nung pinanood ko to eh, pero nung pagkauwi ko? Bago ako matulog at hanggang ngayon na back to daily routine, napapahinto ako at nasasaktan pa rin pag naiisip ko.
