alcoholic drunk driving idiots are never smart, so I'm not surprised. I drove by a major car wreck one night around 2:15 am, a single car was all tangled around a telephone pole at this 90 degree turn. Her head and body was... well, those details are not appropriate for youtube comments... The woman did not survive. The pole still stands today. From what I've been told, that pole was put up in the 1950's and was cut from a Black Jack Oak tree, which is super strong and doesn't really rot. When it's cut (iirc when dry) with a chainsaw, it can make sparks because of how hard it is. We have 8 of those trees in our yard, and some of our old fence posts are made from black jack oak trees that were placed there in the 1920's by my great grandfather.
I’m surprised op from story 1 didn’t go for animal abuse, harassment, and trespassing for the guy. get those criminal charges in addition to everything he owns
Definitely should've reported him for animal abuse. OP has footage of him deliberately swerving, it could mean at least a few months of jail time for that guy.
Seriously. I get that some places still see dogs as just property, but they're still animals and people that hurt them should be charged for abuse and killing them. If I was OP I'd look for every charge that sicko is guilty of to make sure they're ruined.
Needs to be reported to a television station. In turn would alert the Animal Rights Activist. In turn would raise hell on the drunk idiot... legally... and illegally.
I'm sorry for laughing, but the mental image of captain jackass from the first story, laying across his hood after being launched out the windshield is fuckin hilarious
Oi... no need to be sorry. I'd throw a party in Times Square with the video footage playing on every screen after what he did. Everyone's invited. Including Captain Jackass himself.
Now that I have my own pet I find it extremely difficult to hear about animals being harmed because I love my Luna so much. But I'll still watch this video as my Luna sleeps soundly in my lap☺️
I have lived with critters my whole life so yes this is heartbreaking! I have a cat at the moment if anything were to happened to the apartment building we live in such as a fire I would grab him then run for it with my Sam Sam wrapped in a blanket
Man the escalation at the end of the first story....goes from trying to jimmy the lock to driving into it at full speed. But that's the least a dog killer deserves.
It’s one thing if your dog gets out and someone accidentally hits them, and especially if they apologize. That’s happened to two of my family’s three dogs. One got away while being babysat along with my sister at a friend’s house in the country. Thankfully it was a gravel road with some give and he was just pretty badly bruised up. But the people who hit him didn’t stop to even check on him. That still pisses me off. And our little lab mix once darted out the front door when my mom opened it to receive a package. She ran into the road right as someone was driving by. Well, he was only going max 20 mph and just clipped her. He stopped immediately, frantically searching for her (she had immediately run back into the house) and my mom spent a good ten minutes consoling him and assuring him that she was perfectly okay, just bruised a bruised butt and a bruised ego! When she told me who it was, I just knew his feelings were more hurt than Mom’s or Sophie’s. He is such a kind, gentle, sweet man. I cannot imagine learning that someone TARGETED my fur baby. Forget ruining their life. If someone ran over my dog, I’d run them over.
Nothing would stop me. But there is an order to things first I’d skin him alive and coat him in the most painful substance I can find, then I’ll rip his arms off and beat him to death with them.
The last story struck a chord. I had a short time rental, as I was moving out of the area, and the apartment I rented seemed nice initially. On move in day, it had not been cleaned at all - the carpeted floor was covered in dead bugs from the fumigation. Later in the bathroom, I wondered why the fan did not appear to be functioning. It made noise, but failed the 'tissue' test. Reason - the exhaust port was covered up by the stairs to the second floor, and the fan just filled the stud cavity with moist air, resulting in BLACK MOLD. I was only there for 7 months and left. Oh, a TREE was growing in the rain gutter at the back of the apartment - 'out of sight, out of mind' I guess.
Story 3: Often times, the fastest way to get a company to act on an issue, is to complain about the issue in a public venue. A streamer I watch occasionally has copyright issues on TH-cam and Twitch. Their solution is to make a post about it on twitter, tagging the appropriate companies. That usually fixes up the issue real quick.
Story 1: Idk what country OP lives in, but today if you had video of a man running down a dog with his truck in the US, he’d be liable for criminal charges. “Animal cruelty is a felony” is a bit of an empty statement, but it’s still more effective than ever before.
Man, I can tell that before even listening to this episode, it's going to be a tough one because, literally a few days ago, on the 1st of February, a shuttle bus driver murdered my dog and didn't bother to stop and help or see if she was okay. Instead, they hit her in the head, dragged her about 50 yards down the road, got to a corner and turned. I hadn't even had my dog for a year, but she was my buddy; I couldn't sleep that day. I was afraid too, and I had already been up for over 24 hours at that point because I was trying to fix my sleep schedule. So I had a lot of anxiety (And still do); my Gpa picked up her corpse and put her in the back of the van to take her to be cremated; the blood just poured out of her ear like a waterfall. My dog was a Hug (Siberian husky + Pug) and 40 - 45 lbs. I got her after going through some extremely crippling depression and anxiety where I would legit break down and cry multiple times a day over the smallest of things. You can't sit there and tell me you didn't feel you hit something; Hell, my Dad and I were talking, and he mentioned how people know when they hit small animals like squirrels. And was this reported to the bus company? Yes, it was; another housemate called the company, and she asked to speak to the superintendent or super-something and the people on the line at first just gave us the runaround, being transferred from person to person. Before getting to the higher-ups, they said they would look into it immediately. I am still waiting to hear back; if we don't hear back by Monday, we're calling again, and if nothing still, then we're going up to the building because I want an apology and compensation. Also, I'll add She has two collars that she wore, one with her tags and the other a shock collar for an electric fence that was working. But when she was found, the shock collar was gone, and she would never leave the yard. I don't know what possessed her to do so that day, as she had been out before prior without a collar and never left. Also, one day before we had her collar trained, she chewed through her leash so she could have run away, be she instead stayed in the yard. If you rear-end someone, you're at fault; I would assume it's the same for a pedestrian or animal.
Any future pets you have should be behind a real fence not an electric one. I hope you get justice for your dog. But please consider an actual physical fence in the future. Electric fences often fail to stop dogs from leaving yards. They also aren't good at keeping dogs in.
@@Thanatos13 I recommend wooden, I had a chain link fence that killed one of my chickens when I was a kid. Though if it had been properly maintained, there probably wouldn't have been an issue. I feel deeply for you, my childhood pup Sonia was a pit bull mix, sweetest ever, she fosterd kittens, and loved all of us kids like we were hers. She was smart too, she waited for the first two sets of tires to pass, but it was a 16 wheeler. Her head was completely smashed. The trucker pulled over and apologized and left, we buried her in our yard.
I've only made it to 3:35 and I can't hold my comment. OP needs to sue that grocery delivery person. If someone ran over my dog out in the middle of nowhere like that, I can practically guarantee they'll be mauled "by a bear" soon after.
Yeah. Not lawsuit material, but a life lesson, for sure. I would have asked the owner if the dog was allowed outside. Then he would have known his dog was out there and he would have been listening for him to let him back in.
I think what happened is when OP stopped showing up at the park, Karen thinks that she scared them off and that she won. Which sadly means that she likely started making this diluted belief she can police the entire park and making numerous empty threats to anyone she feels that isn't "one of her people" to force them out of "her" park so she can have it all to herself. Since she was so busy raising her kid(s) and forcing people to bend over backwards for her for the past 10 years, she had simply forgot about this Indian teen she screamed at the park one time. Meanwhile OP did what they were told and just moved on with their life. Remember, people who have been harassed remembers their harasser, while harassers don't remember their victims.

Story 1: That Actual Bastard, I Usually Like To Censor Myself But If Somebody Ran Over My Chuhuahua Then Forget John Wick, I'm Going Rabid Wolf On That Bastard While Yelling Out Every Swear Word In The Book
In the first story, all I can think of is the phrase "You turn to the shadows, and you see the smile of the devil you never believed in emerge from the darkness". If anyone DARED go near my cat like that, I'd be going to jail for more than murder
There are only a few things that would get me to commit murder. Killing my dog is up near the top. There need to be laws in place for things like this. A dog is part of a family, not just a piece of property. That guy is lucky he didn't do it to someone else or he would be laying in a ditch
I don't care what people do to me, and considering this season's stories, holy moly that's a bad thing, but do NOT mess with an animal around me! I will go beyond nuclear on you for messing with an animal around me. Kudos to OP for destroying that jerk!
The fact that he not only ran over OP's dog, but did it INTENTIONALLY and still didn't got charged is frustrating. Be it an accident I guess that because of pet laws it wouldn't lead much, but intentionally should be more than enough!

S1: That man is a saint, there are fates worse than simple death, and the neighbor would have experienced all of them, BEFORE I took him for everything he is worth.
Man, apartment management is always terrible. When my mom and I moved into our first apartment, we started to notice black mold on the windowsills and in the corners of my mom's room. We reported it to the front desk lady and she was like "oh wow, I'm very sorry, I'll report this right away" and then we waited and waited and nothing happened, so when my mom called and talked to the manager, she said she hadn't heard about it. When the front desk lady was asked, she ALSO said she hadn't heard of it. They then told us it was mildew and proceeded to do nothing about it.
You know that door story kinda gave me a chill because I bet when you planned to move out I guarantee that they would be asking you to pay for the new door
OP on the first story is too wise and merciful, because if someone ran my dog over or killed it by any means, that person isn't going to be arrested, i would, because that person would be six feet under for sure
We were living in an apartment that was part of a three building complex, with a maintenance staff that consisted of a super, an assistant super and 3 or 4 laborers. Tenants were told to contact the super for repairs, and then he or one of his employees would respond. One Sunday night I noticed some water on my bathroom ceiling that was clearly coming from the apartment above ours. So on Monday we called the super and left a message on his answering machine. No one showed up. The amount of water dripping from the ceiling increased. On Tuesday we called the super, spoke to his wife. No one showed up, and now water was gushing from the ceiling. We called again Wednesday, got the answering machine, left a message that the ceiling was about to collapse, no one showed up. On Thursday we called the building management. A very sheepish super showed up Thursday night. Turns out that the pipe leading from drain in the bathtub above ours was broken, so that every time the upstairs neighbors showered, all of that water wound up in the space between their floor and our ceiling. The plumbers had to tear up their floor to replace the pipe. And our entire bathroom ceiling had to be replaced.
I had that same situation as the last story with an old landlord. His maintenance man put a temp if and didn't come back to fix it. He actually just covered it with wood instead of putting a whole new frame on the door.
If someone hurt my dog in any way, my wrath on them would be so severe that John Wick would seem like a lovely teddy bear in comparison. I wish the law in my country would be way way harsher on animal abusers.
Story Two: Uh...not really pro revenge... Petty revenge, but definitely not pro revenge. There are better ways to get revenge on a racist. At most, OP just incovenienced her and the office staff. They didn't need a reason to fire her since the contract was through the hiring agency. This means they'll still find work for her, just not in the area like she wants. It's not the same as making her unemployed, iirc.
The worst part is it might have just been a women who looked like the racist, that dawning look of fear could have just been "fuck i've just lost this dream job because this twat thinks i'm the racist he once ran into"
@@stevenscott2718 "If I had a nickel for every time someone thought I was somebody else..." scenarios can backfire that way. It's not an understatement to say that some folks do have a common face.

in the senario described by the op in that story i might call in a 'wellness' check for my neibour after i'd 'helped' 'hike' into the woods but i'd hadn't seen them for days.
As an American woman who was born and raised here, I believe these Karens should know that I go by the "logical liberties" movement. (Not sure what it's actually called but that's what I call it.) It's very simple: Since people have rights to come here for religious freedoms, they have freedom to speak their native language. It wasn't just the English who settled here. America is more of a melting pot for cultures to combine.
"For some reason, she didn't recognize me." My dear, you have an inflated sense of your importance. She yelled at you once, LONG ago. Why would she remember you?
Animal cruelty is actually illegal in most states. Intentionally running over someone's dog is very likely illegal, proving intent if he swerved toward her on video is not that difficult.
I'm not even sorry to say that if someone even ATTEMPTED to hurt one of my pets, they would never see the light of die again, nor would they have a beating heart. I will personally impale someone's heart if they even think about hurting my pets.
I don't understand how dogs being property means they have no rights and that means you can't charge people hard for hurting them. If you destroy someone's property, you have every right to sue and get compensated for it for however much it's valued or how important it was to you. Why don't dogs deserve that same right? They're living creatures! If my dog was ran over, I'd sue for everything I could think of.
When I hear stories of people saying "this is America, we speak English!" I hope it's followed by an English person saying " no you don't, you speak American." Or something like that, just to piss them off more 😆
Story 2: He could say that she told him to speak english while talking his native language with his family and i'm sure the ladies would understand and not wanting to work with such a woman together. It wouldn't be a lie, just not mentioning the fact that it was 10 years ago.
I had a friend and her old cat had got out. A jerk in a pickup, witnessed by a neighbor, deliberately ran it over. The witness ran it to a vet but it died. This was before there were so many cameras around, and no plate number was available.
It I were the OP from the first story, I would have also pressed charges for animal cruelty. That truck driver deserves to go to jail for murdering OP's dog.
8:55 I'm sorry!! This is America?? What if he were to challenge you to speak in the native language of America instead? Typical entitlement of a lady new to the country. BTW, I am a Caucasian Blackfoot Indian on my dad's side, Hebrew/Czech on my mom's.
The first asshole in the story is pretty much a psychopath, or a sociopath, whichever fits better. Running over someone's dog INTENTIONALLY and yelling at said dog, grinning? That is not a sane person.
Story1: The delivery person who let the dog out should be liable bc she wasn't supposed to enter the house. I'd have raised hell with the people in charge of the delivery service over that. That poor dog! Man, I would not have had the same amount of restraint as OP. That jerk would have been on the ground bleeding if he'd done that to my dog. As an aside, I live in a remote area on a dead end in the woods where no one has any business coming here unless they are delivering a package or are invited. One day some jerks opened the front gate to trespass on their 4-wheelers and decided that tearing up my lawn wasn't enough so they were actively trying to run my dogs over. I went outside and told them to stop and GTFO. They flipped me off, called me a stupid bitch and laughed. My brother then went and got our M-14, he gave them a warning, they responded the same. He then fired a shot that took out two tires. They started screaming and yelling and he told them "I told you to GTFO and leave my dogs alone. Next shot is hitting flesh!" The guy on the 4-wheeler with intact wheels put a chain from his vehicle to the other one & towed it out while we warned them that next time there would be no warning shots-- trespassers will be shot. They never came back. Ugh, so the guy deliberately ran over the dog on the OP's property. What a complete scumbag! People who kill animals like that are one step below serial killers. They should be put in prison for life. I believe there are now laws that harming/killing pets like that is a felony on the federal level. I'm feeling the OP on wanting to beat the dirtbag down. Someone poisoned my dogs (many years after the incident with the 4-wheelers) and I'm pretty sure it was my neighbors but could never prove it. I wanted to kill whoever did it in the most brutal way possible. I'm glad OP got the land away from the jerk & a restraining order. Too bad that the papers can't keep someone away. OP should have had criminal charges filed for trespassing, destruction of property, & cruelty to animals. Story2: Ugh. I hate when people pull that "You have to speak English" bullshit. I think one of the best responses I saw was when a lady yelled that and the person turned around and said "FUUUUCK YOUUU". It makes me wish I could speak another language just so I could piss them off even more. I would have told that lady to shut the fuck up. I think the office ladies would totally understand why OP fired the bitch.

@@Juju2927 yes exactly, a fine, thats a punishment for the poor. In what world is that not a crime, how do they not have laws to protect animals from animal abuse
OP in the first story was way smarter than I, the fence is a great idea, where mine would be land mines. Nothing says revenge for a loved one's death like land mines or electrifying the fence.
The first story made me tear up, though I'm not usually much of a crier I recently hit a dog- of course not on purpose I did everything I could to avoid the poor pup but it was dark and he was a black dog and I just didn't see him in time... I have no idea how ANYONE could do that on purpose.. it was horrible. The whole situation was so so horrible.
My cats are indoor babies, but if they were indoor/outdoor and somebody ran over them on purpose? I would dismember him while he was still conscious, then feed him to a pack of wild dogs. My girls are my family.

1st story: So the jackass wasn't even smart enough to wear a seatbelt while trying to use his car to ram something.
alcoholic drunk driving idiots are never smart, so I'm not surprised.
He WAS drunk, after all.
I mean, are you surprised?. Alcoholic dumbasses that drink and drive, aren't exactly smart
To bad he lived.
If he is smart enought to think about seatbelt, i think he probably wouldn't even try to ram his car to the gate

Definitely should've reported him for animal abuse. OP has footage of him deliberately swerving, it could mean at least a few months of jail time for that guy.
Seriously. I get that some places still see dogs as just property, but they're still animals and people that hurt them should be charged for abuse and killing them. If I was OP I'd look for every charge that sicko is guilty of to make sure they're ruined.
at this point, CHARGE THE DRIVER WITH EVERYTHING you can !

In turn would raise hell on the drunk idiot... legally... and illegally.
I'm sorry for laughing, but the mental image of captain jackass from the first story, laying across his hood after being launched out the windshield is fuckin hilarious

The minute the monster targeted OP's dog, nothing was off the table and he doesn't deserve life anymore.
Nothing would stop me. But there is an order to things first I’d skin him alive and coat him in the most painful substance I can find, then I’ll rip his arms off and beat him to death with them.

John Wick, John Connor, John Rambo, John Cena, and John Constantine...
Dodge Douche: *runs over OP's dog on purpose*
Everyone: "So you have chosen...death."
*If someone ran over my pet, I’d be going to jail for running them over with a sixteen wheeler-*
I’d do it multiple times too.
Me, in the jury: not guilty your honor.
@@Dr.RatioSnail I agree; I did mention to my Gpa that if I get another dog, I'm not going to until we have a yard with a wooden or chain-linked fence.
Sorry for your loss. Keep on keeping on.XooX
So sorry for your loss, that’s such a horrible way to lose your best friend. I hope you get some answers!

@@bonniehalf-elvenThe tree remembers, the axe forgets.
Justice has to be served cold 🥶 otherwise it'll be just-water....
Here comes the eye-rolls

As an American woman who was born and raised here, I believe these Karens should know that I go by the "logical liberties" movement. (Not sure what it's actually called but that's what I call it.) It's very simple:
Since people have rights to come here for religious freedoms, they have freedom to speak their native language. It wasn't just the English who settled here. America is more of a melting pot for cultures to combine.
"For some reason, she didn't recognize me."
My dear, you have an inflated sense of your importance. She yelled at you once, LONG ago. Why would she remember you?

I don't understand how dogs being property means they have no rights and that means you can't charge people hard for hurting them. When I hear stories of people saying "this is America, we speak English!" I hope it's followed by an English person saying " no you don't, you speak American." Or something like that, just to piss them off more 😆
There is an idiom that I’m quite fond of. It goes “Ten years is not to late for a gentleman to take his revenge.”

Story 1: if I was OP I would have caused the castration of the guy and made it look like an accident. You take my dog, I take yours
OP in the first story was way smarter than I, the fence is a great idea, where mine would be land mines. Nothing says revenge for a loved one's death like land mines or electrifying the fence.
To keep a dog in?
"Damn officer, dont exactly know when that drunk went missing. All I know is that he is gone, and I aint too sad 'bout it."
Sadly, OP in the first story actually has MORE self-control than most people would have in his shoes.
The first story made me tear up, though I'm not usually much of a crier I recently hit a dog- of course not on purpose I did everything I could to avoid the poor pup but it was dark and he was a black dog and I just didn't see him in time... I had taken him to the vet (the only one open at the time was around 20 mins away) and I was sobbing, begging for the dog to be alive while feeling like I was going to throw up the whole way.
Ayo this should’ve been NUCLEAR revenge that guy did not go far enough
