Hi, ive been releasing seriously for a few months now. I accelerated my progress my taking responsibility for every thought I had and my entire life. I also learned to completely disconnect from the body and mind. However i still have issues going deeper into issues regarding goals
When I release on goals I bring up any attachments and aversions and let go of them however I struggle to find the root/subconscious cause of the feelings. Any advice?

I assume you know how to use the six steps. That's all you need to do and everything will get dismantled. Keep it simple.

Hi Kris, how is realesing different from NLP or hypnosis? I mean not the technique, but the effects of these on the mind. All say they go deep in mind to heal.

NLP and hypnosis are a bad idea. You want to remove all of the programs, not add more. Don't give your power away to anything.

@@PowerofQuiet OK. I understand your stand from the releasing point of view. However I was in really bad mental situation ( fear, anxiety), releasing helped but not nlp was faster. These techniques may not change outside situation as releasing may, but when cornered may help get out.

@@Random-pk7sl Just remember, releasing is a skill. You have to commit to it. This is the point of the video. When you take responsibility, rather than looking for someone or something else (in this case NLP) to do it for you, you realize your mastership.
If you commit and do it (releasing) you'll find it fast and easy.

@@PowerofQuiet OK. I will try to be continous. But I forget. Step 1 and 6.

A little off topic, In one of Lesters talks he made the following statement.
( In this all-perfect state of beingness in order to get into difficulty we
create what we call our mind )
I'm courious as to why we set up a mind in the first place if we are already in this all perfect state of beingness.

On one hand you can say stupidity, on the other hand you can say 'so what?'

There's a talk of Lesters where he explains this in more detail. I think its one of the hour long videos on 'The Sedona Method' TH-cam Channel. In short, Beingness knew it's infinity in a passive way and desired to know it in an active way, so it created the illusion of limitation and separateness (ego/mind) in order to then realise the truth of itself as Oneness
