Discussion 2: Creek Marina Scam. One of the biggest PROPERTY SCAMS in Karachi.

Located at DHA Phase 8, Creek Marina was one of the first high profile residential complexes launched in Karachi amid massive fanfare around 20 years back. However, the residents are nowhere close to getting their properties in the project event after 15 years of passing of the construction timeline.
The developer Meinhardt has apparently escaped from the country to Singapore and is facing investigations for fraud and money laundering. The affectees of Creek Marina are now taking the matters to the concerned authorities so that they at least get their life long savings returned.

Its very sad why it happens in pakistan.. this Singaporean company own by a Pakistani
which is building this project are working in 55 countries and they r pioneer
But when it comes to pakistan
they are failed to deliver bcoz of pakistan’s local problem and government issues
