One question I have is how do people afford all these Utes and canopies etc. No one ever talks about this costing and how it is done, is it savings that people have or finance.? I just can’t get my head around it. I am in the stages of getting a dual cab 79. And the costs so far are just mind blowing but ya just some food for thought and ideas love to see how it’s all affordable and possible especially with costs of living nowadays it just seems everyone has heaps of excess cash for their four wheels drives and camping. I did a cost breakdown of this build up until now as well 🤙 I will be doing one for this canopy too. Regarding the cashflow, people do love spending their money on their 4wd’s that’s for sure, and I’m one of them 😂 But, like all people, I do have a budget. I need to be smart what mods I get at what time and if I really need it. In terms of my personal finance, I am frugal. I really only spend money on my 4wd. I also have worked 2 jobs for the last 16 years (I know I look young). I drove a Mitsubishi lancer for 10 years while I saved for my first 4wd. I then traded from there as I grew into the hobby. That’s a quick rundown of the finances. Everyone is different and has their own budget. It’s about choosing what suits them and making it work 👍 If you have any more questions, let me know.
