Hi what’s inside! I work for the battery manufacturer that makes the battery for the hummer. I think that the hummer is probably the best truck/suv out their.

This is everyday scene for Indian roads. During rainy season, i think we literally drive on river 😅.

My jeep gladiator would run circles around this EV when it comes to off roading here in the south. Also when it comes to the water level of a gas vehicle as long as you have a snorkel, you can go as deep as you want.
EVs are sealed and don't require air. Generally, they perform better than gas. Especially with a quad motor setup, they can always maintain off-road traction. Your Jeep would get water damaged when the water is too deep.

That first puddle was extremely shallow…
The bigger concern should be the battery packs that line the bottom of the cab, forget getting water in an intake on an ICE vehicle, you soak those batteries and you’re really gonna be in rough shape 😂
Do EV lovers think they’re flawless and indestructible??
The battery packs are sealed and prevent water from getting in. Hence that they rated it to 32 inches of fording depth. After which water gets inside the cabin and screws up fabrics and everything like it does on every car, gas or electric.

They should have added another display specifically for seeing what is close in front you.

Driving through standing water is definitely something I'd never do. You don't know how deep it is and it doesn't take much for it to carry your vehicle. Hydroplaning is also a possibility.
