I also use a powermill, but when I use the spiral setting, it works for a while, then while the blade is working, it stops the processing momentarily and lifts the z-axis up, then lowers it back to the same place and continues working. After rotating 360 degrees, it continues in a cycle.

really good video, but why not take the plastic wrap of the controller
We need to send it to our client after the machine testing. The plastic wrap will keep the machine new and clean when client get it.
which software are you using for 4th axis?
