    I do follow jay on jaycutlertv but I think next year for the 15th year anniversary of jay 2 Z DVD 📀, jay should do a lot of these type videos on his life in 2022 because a lot of jaycutlertv videos are focused on too many other dude bodybuilders not every video but a lot of videos

    This was a pretty solid gym. I lived in vegas 2016---2022 and this gym was long gone by those years or I would have known of it. Anyone know when it closed and why?

    One of the best sciences i learned is the therapy and recovery side of personal training, i used to pay so much money to go to doctors for recovery and rehab and now i have so many trick for hip and joint recovery, pinched nerve release, stretching, hot and cold therapy, active resting, static and ballistic stretching, sleep routine and how to properly lay while sleeping and so on, everyone just thinks that traing in the gym, nutrition and supplements is all you need, pre and post recovery and therapy is just as if not more important, this is a great video to stress about active recovery and therapy

    Smart man, jay is. Bodybuilding introduced him to a lot of different opportunities within the industry, and he took the money he won! and invested it into building his own empire, so he could have something to fallback on once he retires.

      @@blountman747 Jay thought about his future after bodybuilding and didn’t blow all of his earnings on frivolous things. Sure he brought a lot of nice cars and a couple homes in stuff, but he made sure his presence would be felt years down the line as a business owner/ entrepreneur of his own supplement products, and work out gear. His net worth is 30M as of 2022.

    Goddamn almost a full stack on tricep rope pulls 😮😮😮

    • @billj4525
      @billj4525 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's not that crazy for someone real strong with a ton of muscle. I do the full stack of tricep rope pulldowns without a ton of strain on arm day, so to me Jay being able to do it isn't shocking. My max bench is 405 for 4, and i'm sure Jay could to at least 405 for 9, probably more. There is a workout where he does 140's for like 12 or more on dumbbell shoulder press at golds, which is absolutely insane. He also does 170's for 15 on flat, and makes it look easy. Jay is an absolute machine when he's at his best. Extreme muscle size and strength. Keep working really hard yourself and I don't doubt that you could hit the stack for tricep rope pulldowns.

    Get the bowl tripod to raise them up off the floor then they won’t have to lie down it’s because they are so tall they will get sore of bending down

    Beautiful dogs…. Taller dogs sometimes lay down to eat if the bowl is on the floor. Best to put the bowl in a stand at a height good for them.

    Your dogs were laying down to eat because u didn’t have their bowls in a stand to eat out of like they should be. The can’t eat from the bowl being on the grown because they are too tall. So they have no choice but to be low.
