remember to ween yourself off slowly. dont try to be a hero and quit cold turkey. its easier to break only one habit at a time. and remember to think about any small set backs in terms of the bigger picture, and how far youve come.

This is the reason asmr is so good. If it's a good trigger with the same pattern and sound over and over again then it is not as good as when you switch it up

Random suggestion that will most likely never get seen: when breaking the pattern, try just stopping all together instead of making a bunch of other sounds.

for a april fools videos could you do a setting and breaking the pattern but you never break the pattern and just you egging the viewer on all video about breaking said pattern
