I've watched other famous pianist add a bit of flare to their playing but with her it's just a flow of movements and personally I like it better. the sound is much better imo. Musicians are equally as essential as doctors and engineers. Without their work and interpretations, historical fine art can never be appreciated today. I've spent 10s of thousands on musical instruments and had never seen that make me back a singld dime, but it gave me that bliss in life that if you can only appreciate if musically inclined, not for show, but for your personal happiness.
I'm afraid she is suffering very much at the moment... Besides that controversy she's in at the moment, her voice, her channel has been cancelled (hijacked, I dunno). She's getting very hate at the moment, which I think is unjustified in some way. Hope this gets somehow better.

For some reason from the couple clips I’ve seen her play I imagined her as an introverted genius, but she’s so expressive and outgoing. This is awesome!

My father exposed we kids to classical at an early age but did it wrong; he listened to whatever was on the "good music" (classical) station, although he also played records of favorites. To a young ear, the radio makes it all "much the same." But listening to the records was different and then ,when I learned guitar through lessons, there were a couple of Bach pieces in there, and - away I went. Classical can be entertaining to young children, but expose them to specific recordings is my advice - not whatever is on the radio.
Please production company: Don't play music different to the footage! It is too disturbing when fingers and notes don't match, it destroys the magic! So you want a certain piece of music, but want to show a different footage of Valentina? Bad luck, you have to use the audio you are showing her playing!
She's a great pianist. Saw her with Hillary Hahn in Brussels many years ago. It's a great pity she supports Putins crimes in Ukraine wholehartedly... That brings her down completely.
