Jessica, I hope you know that you are a blessing to my life ❤. I am an overwhelmed mom. Listening to your voice encourages me to do my chores and strive for cleaner living. I cannot get enough of your videos. I rewatch your old videos all the time. Sending ❤ from Ontario, 🇨🇦 ❤
Be blessed young momma. You are doing important work, but you don't need to be perfect.

Good morning friend! Your videos are my favorite Sunday morning guilty pleasure. I watch while preparing breakfast every Sunday and find myself feel refreshed and motivated when done viewing. Thank you!
Good morning!
Same! 😊
Hallo, in Germany we call it „ the poor man honey „. I Love this Gelee. I make it for the past 20year. Sorry my english
Excellent English. Blessings to you and your family.
I haven't seen your video this week sending prayers>>> and hoping all is well and you are just enjoying some time off!!
Yesterday my mom and I seen something we never seen before. 2 geese were in a lawn eating the dandelion seeds. They were eating the lil white puffs. It was so cute. They seemed very happy too. Never seen a goose do that.
We were watching a flock of tiny birds eating our dandilion fluff yesterday.
HI, here is my recipe for Taco seasoning in Canada. I like yours and just wanted to share.
1 tbsp oregano, 1tbsp thyme, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 2 tbsp salt, 1 1/2 tbsp cumin, 1 1/2 tbsp cayenne, 1 1/2 tbsp paprika, 3 1/2 chili powder. Enjoy! Love your show and thank you for sharing all your knowledge.
After a rough start to the morning this was defenitly a nice treat. Gonna watch while I drink my coffe. Also hearing you share excess eggs with uni students makes my heart happy. As a uni student myself I know plenty who would appreciate that.
Thank you for the step by step instructions for the dandelion jelly! I’m going to try it…because one thing I grow really, really well is dandelions 😉
This is so beautiful and so soothing. I almost fell asleep 😴 ❤
Looking forward to your Sunday videos, today I watch it a bit later, we're celebrating Easter today:)))
Good morning Jessica. You have a blessed week. Love to the children.
Jessica, please package and sell your version of the veggie dip/dressing mix. I will be the first one on your list to order. Best.
Thank you so much! I’ve been looking for creative ways to use freeze dried veggies and fruits, especially powdered. You’ve posted great ideas today! I’m excited to try them out.
Glad it was helpful!
Another busy week for you. Thank you for sharing. The jelly looks delicious.
Yay for spring harvests!
I have found that when making vinaigrette I like it better when I start with hot water and seasoning, let that sit for a few minutes, then add vinegar and oil. It makes it harder to use the convenient measurements on the carafe, but results in a more flavorful dressing.
The Azure Standard Veggie dip mix makes a REALLY GOOD meat seasoning!
I love your dress at the beginning of this video. The colours and the pattern are so pretty.
Thank you so much!
Happy Sunday Everyone!! 🥳🥳As always this video has motivated me to get Sunday Dinner going while im getting ready for church to start🙌🏾 As always much love from Okc ❤️
Hello from the south!!! I always anxiously await your weekly videos!!! One of the highlights of my day!
Hi everyone from Oklahoma. Is dealing with storms. So far a tornadoes have passed me by. Thank you Jesus . Or that dandelion jelly look really good. I pray that everything is well with you all up there. I wish all the Mother's out there.Happy mother's day. Take care God bless.
Prayers!
Great video, I admire you for you compassion. God bless you.❤️
Good morning! It's always so nice seeing your videos each week. I started making my own salad dressing this past year, and I wonder what took me so long.😂
If you use Italian seasoning, you can make your own mix for that, too. My family likes my blend, and I keep them supplied. I've also made za'atar, poultry & pumpkin pie herb/spice blends. They are so easy and I usually have everything I need. I'll have to try a veggie dip mix blend to my pantry.
Thanks for sharing your life with us.
Such a beautiful video Jessica, thank you :) I have never made Dandelion jelly, but the finished jars looked so lovely ! I also thought you looked so summery in your pretty floral dresses and your sun hat is so cute !! We are headed into Winter shortly here in New Zealand so its especially nice to check in with you and see all your doing for Spring. Many blessings to you and your beautiful family ~ Linda
I love watching your videos after bible study and worship. It’s my little Sunday treat.
We have been eating a lot of baby greens out of our garden as well. I like to freeze dry them, grind them into a powder and add them to our meals in the winter. You can’t taste it.
Your salad dressing looks delicious.
The thing I love about my homesteading youtubers this time of year is seeing the differences in the environments... and getting jealous of all the fresh produce.😂 we are in Northern Wyoming and can't even start planting for another month (several inches of snow expected this week). Enjoy those fresh radishes for sure!!
I think I will try all of the things you showed in todays video!
Thank you and have a nice sunday!
Greetings from germany 😊
Good morning i just love all your videos very relaxing and creative thanks very much 😊😊😊😊
Jessica so many great ideas for spring recipes. I definitely will be trying to make my own taco seasoning as well. Have a blessed week. I so much love your videos.
Always beautiful outside and much going on inside. So interesting. New Chicks just the cutest. Fresh radish and leaf salad. The colors are very vibrant. I'm glad to see our Spring Season arrive😊
Thank you for all the great mixes recipes. The homestead is looking lovely and alive. I came across a recipe for those who don't homestead or garden but want to try something new. Take store bought frozen veggies and dehydrate them. Grind into a powder as fine as you'd prefer. Add this powder to rice, potatoes, soups ,sauces and whatever else you'd like for a little added flavor and nutrition.
Hi Jessica, I was away taking care of a sick family member and missed the last 3 of your videos. I have really enjoyed binge watching them the last couple of days. Your videos are just so calming and I just really enjoy them. Those baby chicks are adorable. 😊
Jessica!! Are y’all ok and safe?praying for your family and neighbors!
Good morning!

I just love watching your videos every Sunday ❤️! I watch before getting my family up for church. Perfect quiet time drinking my coffee before the chaos of busy Sunday mornings!
Hello Jesy. I love the way u dress. I look forward to relaxing on Sunday after church with your video
Jessica, I just love watching your videos. You are such an inspiration. Wish you had more time for more videos like this. You have a beautiful family. God bless you and your family. Looking forward to your next video.
Thank you so much!
God bless you and your family.
I had forgotten about dandelion jelly. As children we picked flowers in the field before mowing. My mom had my cousin and I pick the leaves, which became a game of whose pile was higher. This was a Spring event to add to food anywhere and everywhere. I loved it over scrambled eggs or on fresh bread with butter. Thank you for sharing the wonders of your homestead. Those baby chics are too cute.
♥️🤗 IT’s SUNDAY. Morning Jessica and family. 🙏
Good morning I have enjoyed your videos and you are a great mom and wife . I know you a hard worker and have a blessed Sunday ❤
Thank you! You too!
I hope that everything’s ok with you and your family Jessica. You are missed.
What a great video this morning! I love your recipes. They sound so easy and delicious. I am also checking some ingredients from Azure, cheese in particular. I am concerned about the rennet they are using. Enjoy your popcorn tonight with your beautiful family... which I didn't see enough of on this video!! lol
I went right away to watch your 6 AM Sunday video while getting ready for church and found there is no video this morning. I hope you are all ok, Jessica? God bless!
That jelly looked great
Thank you for your Sunday morning videos. Sun rise, a cup of tea and Three Rivers is wonderful!
Just got my 1st batch of dandelion jelly made. So delicious! Thank you.
What a great idea! I'm kicking myself right now. Finished a jar of banana pepper's last night and threw the brine away. Thanks for great tip!!!!
I thru my jalapeno brine away so we both kicking ourselves lol
I’m missing your Sunday morning video and hope everything is alright with you and family. Happy Mother’s Day!
Thank you so much. Blessings
Thank you for the throw back memories of pulling the old well. My childhood home still has the well but the pump wore out.
Love videos I will be making dandelion tea and pickled eggs
It might be a little weird but I went and bought some pink dandelion seeds!!! It would be so cool to make the pink jelly!!!!
I love watching you and your content, God bless you Jessica 🙏❤
I have the cruet as well. It came with an Italian salad dressing mix you could buy at the store.
I always love your videos. Thank you for sharing!
Hope you and your family are all okay, Jessica. God bless.
Thank you Jessica. I wonder how do you keep snails, insects or birds away form eating your greens in your garden. They look so gorgeous and healthy! I love your videos. I learn a lot from them. Love from Catalunya, Spain.
Listening to your weekly video while I get ready for church is a blessing early each Sunday morning. I enjoy watching the second half after I get home 4 hours later. Thank you so much. God bless!
Love your videos, we all need to watch ingredients in our foods!!❤
I really need to try making jelly. This time of year is perfect to try making dandelion jelly. The veggie mix looked delicious. I love garden season. Have a blessed day.❤
Thanks for the recipes, Jessica!
You are so welcome!
Great idea: Buy a product you like, read the ingredients, experiment with making it yourself for a cheaper and healthier product. Yeh! Of course, you may need a freeze drier so you do not have to pay the big prices for freeze dried foods. But I bet on a smaller scale a person could use this strategy even without a freeze drier. Thanks for your lovely videos. God bless!
You could definitely use dehydrated veggies and herbs instead!
Blessed Sunday to you all! Very thrilled to see you make dandelion jelly! Will be going out to pic’ some flowers once it stops raining! Have a wonderful week!
I am always so excited to see your video pop up😊
I am in the process of making a dandelion balm with my dandelion heads. At the moment they are steeping in oil then I will add some beeswax. I have never made it before but it is supposed to be good for chapped hands.
I so want to try dandelion jelly. Looks yummy.
Lovely spring dress Jessica! Thank you for sharing your recipes, tips and snack ideas. Definitely would like to try making the dandelion jelly, yum! So exciting to see all of the new baby chicks too! Blessings on your family and homestead!🌻🐛Carolyn in Ohio 🌿
I have been thinking about dandelion jelly since last year. This is so inspiring and we too have quite the “crop” on our property. Maybe that is today’s adventure. Another great video!
So easy and I had a little leftover for the fridge. It obviously hasn’t set yet but it really tastes like honey. I added some orange slices while I boiled and put some orange zest in when I added pectin. This might be a new favorite!! Thanks again. ❤
Good morning Jessica! I'm sure you do a lot of different things with dandelions as well. They still aren't up here in Atlin BC, Canada (just south of the Yukon border). I have made an infused oil with them & then used that for a salve or even in lip balm. The salve is supposed to help with arthritic pain but is a great moisturizer too.❤
I love seeing you on Sunday morning ❤ also what are the cute dresses you wear I would love to get some they look so comfy
Thanks for another great video!
My pleasure!
hey sista love the teal colour of your dress very spring x
You could make and sell your own freeze dried seasonings as they are so healthy and additive free
You can also pulverize their veggie mix to make it your consistency
Do you have video where you show how you store your fresh carrots? Thank you!
Good morning Jessica 👋🏻
Thank you for the tip on the pickled eggs. We have been wanting to make some at work!
Always enjoy your down to earth approach to life in your videos. Thank you 🙏 look forward to next weeks video
Thank you Jessica for the wonderful video. You always give me wonderful ideas to use ❤❤❤❤❤
Wonderful video!
Love your videos ‼️
I grow much of my own food year round in the mountains of Ecuador.
Hope all is well. It’s Sunday and I had to have my coffee this morning without you.
May GOD bless you and keep you all well 🙏
How exciting to see the spring harvests beginning! Thank you for the link for the funnel. I didn't know they made this and will really enjoy having such a helpful kitchen aid. I also am learning to make my own seasonings. Another advantage besides skipping the chemicals is that you can adjust how much you need to use and don't end up with those little packets folded over spilling. I have also noticed that they seem to be using a lot more fillers in the prepackaged seasonings. Its always great to know exactly what is in our food. Looking forward to more canning and preserving tips.
Thank you for sharing. Blessings
I look forward to your video every Sunday!
Wow that was great timing! Hi Jessica 👋
Good morning!
I never reused my pickled egg brine. I don't know why. I do use the brine from my cowbow candy to make pickled eggs. When I make brine for pickled eggs I always add peppercorns and fresh dill to the jar. Let the eggs soak for a few days and they taste almost like a pickle. It's so good on it's own or in potato salad, pasta salad, devilled eggs.
Here in zone 4a I've had two garden harvests, chives & perennial onion greens. The only annual plantings that are up are some radishes (about 1/4 of them have their first true leaves now), self-sown lettuces, and a few edible-pod peas...but all are at least 2-3 weeks from harvest yet.
Hoping all is well with you. You're in my prayers. Your channel is a blessing to me.
This was the first year that I canned dandelion jelly and some tea. I was thinking about you when I was making them.
Hi Jessica!!! Happy to see your video pop up!!
Happy Home Church Day!!!
Your Michigan Fan and Friend Araminta 😊😊😊❤❤❤
I made dandelion salve this year, it is wonderful for healing scrapes, muscle soreness, etc. I did add Tamanu oil, for Xtra healing power. I will make it every year now!! Love your videos, ty for sharing, God Bless
Good day😊😊😊😊have a good week.
Thank you! You too!
