According to astrologer Sanjay rath ; Debilitated planets are good in D10 chart, it will give you name and fame after hard labour. Exalted planets are not going to give you anything in D10........

Where is your sun placed in D1 chart?? anyways i get the feeling that you prefer to live in isolation, seeking strong spiritual life, getting linked somehow through foreign lands. I am not very sure if you need a remedy unless sun is in debilitation, in enemy sign or under malefic influence in 12th house.
