Mike is correct about NIL and how it's changing and the types of guys that SDSU recruits... however, we're also needing to take into account and consider the changing environment of NCAA basketball and players realizing the opportunities to be a business and make money to help their families and better their lives. I wont name any names but some families are doing well and dont need the financial support, but there are others who are struggling to pay bills and having to foot the bill to travel to post season games breaks the bank. I'm definitely a huge advocate of The Mesa Foundation and love that they're all about the guys being productive members of society who give back to the community and volunteer, that's a major part of SDSU Men's basketball. That being said, with NIL changing NCAA basketball we all need to work together and come together as San Diegans to support this program and ensure that we KEEP the good players at SDSU for their careers and ensure that this unique culture and these talented players stay put.
RDW was not a replacement for Keshad, he was a replacement for Matt Bradley. NIL will continue to plague the Aztecs as The Mesa Foundation still needs more support from all San Diegans. We also need to come together as a community to support the SDSU Men's Basketball program and provide opportunities for the players to get NIL deals outside of the Mesa Foundation. The $2500 monthly per scholarship player is HUGE and the fact that Dutcher and SDSU have always run a clean program and not paid for players is quite the accomplishment! I'd love to see the average NIL cost of sweet 16 teams, I can almost promise you SDSU was the least. However, there's still a need for these guys to make money utilizing their NIL (name imagine likeness) to not only keep great players here but also to bring in quality recruits.
I tried what whataburger while in Houston for the Final4 Nothing special IMO. Bun was terrible. Fries were bad. I'm not a big In n Out burger fan either, but in my opinion In N Out is way better.
Love Texas , but Whataburger was weak. Went there while at final 4.. The burger was cold, the cheese wasnt melted, the only better thing about whataburger is the patties were bigger. No comparisons!
Love Keshad's physicality-Not sure about his measurables, but Kawhi had a 7ft wingspan and incredibly huge hands. Kawhi's hoops IQ was off the charts mostly. Remember, he left SDSU after just two seasons. Keshad is onto year 5. So the development of Kawhi was on a different level.
Name a bigger, more important, more clutch shot than what Lamont Butler did at the Final Four? lol We've been watching SDSU basketball since the Peterson Gym/San Diego Sports Arena days.

LEONARD WAS A WAY MORE PHYSICAL GUY IN THE MIDDLE. KJ needs to practice his 3"s to where he can be reliable 40% plus shooter.!

3x3 animal style with chopped chilies, changed my life.
Sounds amazing right now
Aztec alum living in metro Atlanta. I wish we had In-N-Out here. Whataburger just opened a few locations out here. Give me In-N-Out any day.

What did Kawhi Leonard have physically at SDSU that Keshad Johnson doesn’t have? Work on his handles and jumper, who knows…
Keshad is just a stiffer athlete not sure if he could be as fluid as Kawahi. Lamont tho could get there and I think could play in the NBA

BUTLER should only leave if hes a 1st round pick! If your a second round pick and don't ball out they send you to the D-league and then you disappear.
WHOA WHOA LB HAS HIS NAME CARVED OUT IN AZTEC HISTORY BUT TOP 5?? HOW LONG YOU GUYS BEEN WATCHIN SDSU BASKETBALL??
