I play a Paladin and I use my Seal of justice+Judgement(seal of justice only gives a small chance to stun enemies but the judgement effect keeps them from fleeing) on mobs shortly before they start fleeing or on already fleeing enemies. Has the same effect and saved my group many times from wipes. Also for my Ret paladin friends out there: In PvP you can use seal of justice for the stun and then have a macro giving you seal of command+Judgement. If you crit its like a tactical nuke because the judgement from seal of command does more damage if your enemy is stunned. Immidealty recast your seal of command though.
For feeding you pet it's more convenient do write it like this: /cast [nocombat] Feed Pet /click [nocombat] MultiBarRightButton2 This way you just put your food of choice onto the action bar and find the right name for the button once. Now you can easily swap the food by just placing it onto that spot.
Nice vid. I never thought about the recklessness one. I keep seeing videos suggesting to carefully hop on the barrel and up onto the ledge for the stormwind fp --> elwynn skip. That's really not necessary, just get to the edge and backpedal diagonally off, rather than all the jumping. A bit faster, especially if you miss your jump onto the barrel the first time doing it the other way.
About the hunter pet macro: in my research I found one that is much simpler to write and use: /cast [target=pet, dead] revive pet;[nopet] Call Pet; dismiss pet It only does 3 things, but it is one button. No messing about with modifiers. It dismisses / summons / revives your pet. All in one.
Hey MadSeason, the Stormwind skip can actually be done by running diagonal off the ledge and catching the ledge below if the person's not good at parkour in WoW. Always loved your videos by the way keep up the good work!
There's also ways to make one button macros for dmg/healing spells, for example priest can use one button to use renew/SWP depending if your target is friendly or hostile :) I think same with heals/ressurrect etc.
I remember the days when meaner level 60s would trick noobs into eating a dark rune to make them drop dead, I think most of us are too savvy now to fall for it
Spent a couple of terrible runs in gnomeregan the other day, managed to do most quests but not all. would've loved a dungeon guide for that instance like you've done with DM & RFC.
I had a 2 hunter macros. One would summon, dismiss or revive as needed with no modifier. The other would feed from certain bag slots, so no changing food names. Worth noting too that bears and boars will eat the mage food, so it's another good way for hunters to save in raids and groups, or just solo if they can convince a nice mage to make them food.
Heres another really nice shortcut for horde if you have no flightpaths and you wanna go to Uldaman: Just take the Gnomeregan Teleporter in Booty Bay, get killed, Sprithealer and run from Khanaros. Running takes 5 min (2-3 with mount) and is way faster then running from BB or UC (you may inculde this in your next video)
Hey madseason, i know this one trick is alliance specific but in your death skip section you should add the barrens to westfall death skip, just a fun one to jump continents
EDIT: Just noticed MadSeason already mentioned the boat taxi to the skip point - my man! Extra tip for the Menethil Harbor skip to Dun Morogh - the boat to Theramore/Dustwallow Marsh swims quite a long way along the shore before triggering the load screen. Since the spot you need to get to is VERY far, you can use the boat to your advantage and ride it most of the way before having to bail (before the load screen trigger). Saves you quite a bit of swimming time. This tip is actually useful for quite a number of locations - from Ratchet boat you can bail to Echo Isles; Booty Bay boat you can bail to savage coast, and at Feathermoon Stronghold, you can take the boat around the isle to get to that one island south of the area (I think it's called Isle of Dread or something). I'm sure Horde have even MORE such areas using their Zeppelins, you just need to find an area you can fall to without damage (or slow fall). I know in STV, for example, you can bail from the Zeppelin into the Lake Nazerfiti (or whatever it's called - the north lake of STV near the Venture Co. goblins and shredders).
Jousting against mobs certainly does work, against players I can't speak about as if I have enough experience. With mobs though you must hamstring, and even then some mobs are just too fast anyway
hot Keying your stances with shift and movement buttons also saves a ton of time and makes you way more affective in pvp. You can do a tank rotation using one button as well if your so inclined.
I assume you have to slow the target for Jousting to work, right? I tried that sometimes and there are mobs that really can seemingly hit you outside melee range with a melee attack.

I did the Darn to IF run, with 1 Death. I died in the mountains on the way from Wetlands to Loc Modan from a lvl 20 something Orc. But I was able to rez in Thelsamar and get the FP (Which cut about 5 min off the run. Also you don't get rez sickness until lvl 11, and its only 1-2 min until lvl 15. So its viable to do this until at least lvl 15.
What if you use the stones to kill your self and honor points are implemented, will the killer still get honor points for the killing ? And yeah the downside about skipping the death run is that you don't get the flight master point and either the discovery on your map. I like to see everything when I open the map so I discover so much as possible
Good video but @ 4:45 why would anyone run through trade district to get out of SW? I''ve always just jumped down into the water and go from there if I want to get to Elwynn Forest.
Due to leeway, jousting is much less effective because your hit box is so large while moving in addition to the extended swing range the enemy gets while it is moving

Curse of Recklessness is also a useful tool in crowded instances like SM, where mobs fleeing at low health will immediately aggro the next group.

I think Westfall GY is GY zero, so if you get killed in a glitch or fall under the world you rez in Westfall
