- Hello my friends!!! I am alive. Haha. I am SO SORRY I've been out as long as I have. I have been super busy lately. Shoveling dirt weekends and babysitting during week and then on top of that I've had those doc apmts and issues. I am now starting second day on blood pressure med. Wish me luck. I'll be back swinging ASAP. This video I made month or so ago but realized these patches were User Bank which were possibly edited by previous owner ...However I believe they were reset to same presets but they are just adjustable ....I just went through here and really tried to give an idea of the tones. I hope you enjoy or get something out of it. I held this back due to that and because I was not in a creative mood while making this so the playing was to me not my best but then again I'm no pro. I just hope to get the product some light due to is abilities for those that like to tinker with effects.
Anyway. Thank you all as always for all your kind words and support. Mainly putting this up even though I was going to scrap and redo , because I haven't had a video up in a while. I know, I know, ....That's a terrible reason. However again, I should have released it I'm sure anyway as it was content I did work on. So there is that.

Hello Daniel they are all very adjustable to the very detail. That's what really makes this thing so good. Manual mode is like have each effect and amp dialed to your own desire. It's alot!!! Hahah. Thank you !!!

Hi Rob, I am Dana Owens from Winsted CT, i just purchased my second to last ME series Boss ME-80 hearing you play had me sold and i have still all every ME series pedals in my stash and my ME stopped me in my tracks. I own Korg and Digitech
Pedals as well as my Boss GT line right down to my GT-Pro rack unit floor units i have it all and my ME-80 is the best out of all
That's incredible !!!!! I miss the preamps on the Gt1. I sold it when I got this one. It has been much easier though to dial in tones. And my goodness it's limitless. I just wish the preamps were a bit more to the newer models but it is still great!!!!!! It's value for miles. Thank you so much !!!!!!!!!!!!
@@robertclarkguitar i found that an pedal called the Ampli fire amp has reverb in it and cab as well as cab IR s add it to the ME-80 and it solved the Amp issues of the ME80. I bought that pedal for 250 USD...

Nice Playing, and Nice Guitar Tones, that ME 80 is an Amazing Pedal. I use the GT-1000 on my Original stuff, But must say that the Boss ME 80 is a Killer Pedal IMO.....Great Job my friend Greetings from Texas..
Hello friend. I had the gt1 first. I miss it. It had quicker easier to switch tones but this one is quicker to dial in on the fly and still I can save them. Still a learning to be had here for me. Hahah. I'd absolutely love the 1000. Or the new one they just released last week. Wow thank you very much too. I almost didn't upload it since I felt the playing was not my usual just messing about. I love lush reverbs hahah. Btw. I spent most of my childhood from 5 til 16 in San Antonio and Universal City. Randolph AFB. I love TX. I miss it. Just an old man now almost 50. Mostly drumming my life from 8 til 34. Ish. Anyway. I miss that too. Very nice to meet you. Again thank you kindly,!!!!
A better idea of the stuff I play is on channel here. It's odd while drumming I prefer metal , prog and jazz. Or a mix of each. With guitar I've gravitated to ambient blues. I love David Gilmour.

@@robertclarkguitar I messed up an upgrade on my PC a week ago. So, I had NO PC until this morning. It was a VERY dark time - especially grieving alone with just about no lifeline of talking to people! I got the part I needed today and I'm back up and running finally!

@@robertclarkguitar In my foggy, grieving, brain, I wasn't thinking and rushed the CPU upgrade. So, I bent the pins to hell in the CPU socket. I ordered a replacement motherboard - and it was the wrong one. So, I had to refuse it and send it back for a refund. Then, the 2nd motherboard I ordered was defective. I got lucky to find a used motherboard which is the exact same model as the one I was using before. It came in this morning. I took my time, booted the system back up, it adjusted to the new/faster CPU, and it works now! Phew!

The ME80 sounds great. Some of those tones would sound great with a slide. You should break yours out for a session or two of practice. Then when you are comfortable with it you can upload something.

How to reset presets?
Hello. 1. Turn on the ME-80.
2. Press the MEMORY/MANUAL pedal to switch to Manual Mode. (In Manual Mode, the ME-80's display is blank.)
3. Press and hold the EDIT button and then press the MOD pedal - "FA" appears in the display.
4. Release the EDIT button and the MOD pedal, and then press the WRITE button.
5. Press WRITE again - "FA" flashes briefly and then the display goes dark. The reset is complete.
I hope that works. I had to look online a few times to do the same. Haha. Thanks 😊
