I composed this minuet with the help of Zarty's video, so cadences and the melody are similar. I would greatly recommend him as this minuet could be considered his/her piece.
@@classictastic the books lead to some keyboard exercises called partimenti, you have a given bassline and you have to realize the harmony and the melody on top, that was how composers learned music in the 17 and 18th century.

You should read the books by R. Gjerdingen if you wish to compose in this style, it's really helpful
