Grilled beef with Khmer Prohok Sauce is very famous food in Cambodia. Khmer Prohok Sauce is made from fermented fish. We serve it with varieties of vegetables.
Ingredients:
2lbs [1Kg] Beef
1Tbsp Maggi All In One Powder
2oz [50g] Unsalted butter
Khmer Prohok Sauce
7oz [200g] Fermented fish
3cup [750ml] Water
4 sliced Galangal
4 Kaffir lime leaves
2 Shallots
6 Cloves garlics
3Tbsp Palm Sugar
5Tbsp Lime water
10 Lemon grasses
10 Sawtooth coriander
Roasted Peanut
