  • Fried Rice Paper Spring Rolls are kind of street food in Cambodia. We can find it almost everywhere in the midtown. It is crispy and we serve it with vegetables and sweet and sour dipping sauce.
    Ingredients:
    ✔ Fried Spring Rolls
    10.5oz [300g] Pork mince
    3.5oz [100g] Chopped shrimp
    2.8oz [80g] Dried glass noodles
    4 Cloves garlics
    1 Shallot
    ½tsp Salt
    1tsp Sugar
    1½tsp Oyster sauce
    ½tsp Chicken powder
    1tsp Ground pepper
    1 Egg
    ✔ Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce
    4Tbsp Water
    2Tbsp Fish sauce
    2Tbsp White Vinegar
    2Tbsp Sugar
    2 Cloves garlics
    ½ Shallot
    Chili

    Hi, in Khmer the Spring Rolls are called « Nem Chean » ; please correct because you always use the Sino-Vietnamese name « Cha Gio », both recipes are different.
    For the Summer Rolls it’s called « Nem Chaw » in Khmer ; you can’t use the Viet name « Goi Cuon » because it’s another recipes and language.
    PS : chicken bouillon powder is only use when we don’t have chicken bones for soup ; never in this recipe.

      អរគុណច្រើនបងដែលបានសរសេរយ៉ាងក្បោះក្បាយ។ តែបើតាមវចនានុក្រមសម្តេចជួនណាត ណែម ជាម្ហូបគោកមួយប្រភេទធ្វើដោយស្បែកជ្រូកឬលាយសាច់ចិញ្រ្ចាំមានស្លឹករលួសបាយឬស្លឹកកន្ទួតស្រុក ស្លឹកចាផ្លូខ្ចប់ជាមួយផង ទុកអោយឡើងបាយស្រាជូរតិចៗ។ តែអ្វីដែលខ្ញុំធ្វើនេះមិនមានផ្អាប់ទុកអោយជូរ ទើបយកមកចៀននោះទេ។ មូលហេតុនេះហើយបានជាខ្ញុំមិនប្រើពាក្យណែម។
