If anyone is ever looking to play a drinking game while watching these matches: Take a drink every time Danny DiLiberto 1) is wrong about whether a ball traveling towards the pocket is going in or not 2) he repeats his analysis immediately after making an analysis 3) he exclaims that the player sold out (take two shots if he repeats himself more than once on the same missed shot 4) i could list five more rules, but this should be enough to give you alcohol poisoning if you make it through the entire match

is he the guy with the paper towel in his mouth? His commentary really makes this un enjoyable...

Just watched a match with commentary by Billy with Scott Frost, another with Tony Chohan, which were amazing. Danny is just a backup guy with little to add.

Also notice that most of what Danny says is obvious.

I’ve heard Bill doing commentary with Chohan Frost and JJ; absolutely incredible what we have been gyped out of.

Good shot, good control he made it…no he didn’t, does the 13 ball go

I’ve seen matches with Danny as the main commenter and doing a great job. With Billy he’s just a backup guy with little of value to say.

is 4.5" cut on the diamond still considered "pro cut" or is "pro cut" now 4.25" in 2022? just curious, if that even a thing :)

      @AccuStats  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Missed you yesterday. Anyway, 4.25 will probably be the next "Pro-Cut" by Diamond.

Oddly one of the most popular pool halls Sacramento have 6 Diamond Tables in nice shape for tournaments and money players, and they have 4.5 inch pockets. In th main area they have only 1 full sized Diamond table that gets used too much and it has 4.25" inch pockets. Then they have a bunch not old Brunswicks with 4.25" pockets on one side of the room, and 4 7/8" pockets on the other side for league play. They also have two 7 foot Diamond Tables.

Cool. More one pocket. It's the best to watch. Thank you.

The level of play (esp in game 2) is perhaps the best down table 1P EVER.
An absolute CLINIC ... replete with vollies of the most deft touch by both.
There are tons of big offense 1P matches ... but this? Was a technician's master class.
THANK YOU PAT (of accu-stats) ... this really is a GEM!

How many Pagulayans fit inside a Chohan? 3, at least. He sooo small in comparison

I’m so glad you’re uploading more one pocket matches; it’s such a brilliant game, like playing chess on a gravity bed.

Both are poor examples, but sounds like you both only play solitary chess, and zero pool/billiards.
One pocket IS the chess of Billiards. Billiards even have card games, random number games, and over at least 50 other games you could only imagine. Chess only has Chess, one version.

This is perhaps the best 1P (tactical) that exists. And I have about 300 matches in my own library on top of YT.

They kept saying what masterful control Alex has over the cueball. He only had to use that technique because Tony kept forcing him to almost every shot!

    • @robdetuinman2

He did till about the first half of the match. The 2nd half he lost some of his patience and scratched at least 3 times.
