@@MrLandcruiser your 2 short, it's a LS3, now sporting pulleys that are lined up and rear indicators that work (didn't work on the way up to you, broken wires) and also new suspension.
Nice work. Well planned and executed. I like Richard’s approach to spare parts carriage, especially when using prototype kit. As a 60 year old carpenter who also spent 12 years as a TF Royal New Zealand Engineer, I have minimal respect for people who fail to carry sensible quantities of tools and parts in/on their vehicles. We also see that Paul is … an (old) boy racer😀! Cheers from NZ🇳🇿.
Smart cookie and nice collaboration with LCS, McKinnon’s and others (auto sparkie etc.) Obviously Mech. Engineer and future is very bright goes without saying. Awesome in-depth walk around and rightly so. Very deserved! Will forgive your blasphemy with the Nissan comments. 🤣🤣
Excellent truck & it’s all built correctly, patrol diffs 👍, but i would’ve definitely chucked in a 1hd-fte big turbo’n cooler & big pump WOO HOO. Yeh but it’s his truck so he can do whatever he wants 👍
I was thinking a old school diesel that could run when ww3 hits until I heard that turbo barra sing, this is a fucking awesome rig i just wish i had the time and money to make something like this.
this is my dream machine fucking awesome build wasn't 2 sure about the turbo barra till heard it sing. If i win the lotto can i buy it lol, these could be sold at 50-80k a pop and would have a 10yr wait list until then ill just keep plugging it around in my old 3fe powered 80
List of Complimentary Comments : 1) Warn High Mount winch is a classic. 2) Umm... My ute has a milk crate and a chain saw in the back. I'm off now to shoot a roo for the dogs....
nothing wrong with a milk crate a chain saw a esky and few fishing rods mate, you can have as much fun as someone with a 150k Landcruiser and a 100k caravan for under 10k with a old beater a swag and plenty extra coin to spend on beers, rums and fuel
that yellow 40 in the back ground looks awesome!!!!!!
Extra Cab on a 80 Chassis, with LS1... There is a walk around mate

He’s a mechanical engineer by trade, so ahead of the game already.
That bloke is a leader 👏

The barra has much much greater potential - a street driven partially grouted factory block can make 2500hp at the wheels.
Wow... what a machine!
Sure is!
a Off Road sleeper 🤘👍
Nice 4wd, Finally something on Coils.
Yes indeed!
