- We've probably all wished we had more time for spiritual practice, and you might have made a resolution to meditate (or journal, pray, etc.) more this year.
But what do we have to give up to make space for what's most important?
In this video, I share a big lesson from grad school that helps me prioritize what's most important... with some help from Marie Kondo!
Happy New Year. :)

This is a very important message for these times. It is great time of year to explore our priorities. I am addicted to TH-cam, too! Evenings are so easy to blow off vicariously enjoying other people’s positive lives and projects. Of course, they have those interesting lives because all their evenings are not spent watching other people’s lives. Happy New Year!
Lol, yes! Can you imagine a vlog that's just people watching TH-cam? 😂 (Wait, is that basically what response videos are? Might have just blown my own mind.... )
But seriously, I find I need a "course correction" every so often, and a new year is a good invitation for that. 🙏
It seems like there is a difference in approach between passive and proactive personality types when addressing goals. Maybe this is off topic but they seem to go hand in hand to me.
That's probably true. I'm more inclined to be neurotic and try to control my life -- so maybe that's proactive? 🤔😜
