    These things are addicting 🤣
    I hope you enjoy!

    Hallo from England! Saw your site when I came across turtle soup. I haven't done any polymer clay things for a few years now. But I'm glad I've seen your work. I'm not sure if my fingers can do the work!! I'm 74 I enjoy painting and have made cards and jewelry! My polymer clay I did things for my grandkids covering cardboard boxes from hobby craft. Lovely beads. Hugs from England xx😍😍💕💕❤️❤️👍🏻🐶🐶🐶🐶🇬🇧

    Yet another fab tutorial 😀 I love your channel. Beautiful beads. I really love the colours you chose, they work so well together; and the patterning on them is gorgeous, I think it's less fussy and more unique looking than most Natasha beads (although I do love the typical Natasha bead too). These beads have an ethnic, tribal look about them .... really beautiful, and the resin finish is delicious. Thank you so much for another great technique and project 🤗😊

    Sensationally Luscious! Detailed and engaging instructions throughout this colorful smooth-flowing video tutorial. I especially adore your "Pandora" inspired shapes. Thank you, Allison, for sharing this fun technique for free! Wondering if anyone would determine that they are not glass prior to actually handling them? Also, why do thin resin layers take longer to cure than thick layers...more product = faster reaction? Cheers from Prescott, AZ.

    • @ThinkingOutsideTheBox
      @ThinkingOutsideTheBox  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      WhimZpix Thank you so very much. They do look very much like glass. You guessed it on the uv resin. Uv resin heats up to cure. Thin coats then take longer. Some UV Resin applied in a thin coat might not ever fully cure. The one I used in this tutorial works perfect, thick or thin 😊

      @@ThinkingOutsideTheBox what brand clay do you use?

    • @ThinkingOutsideTheBox
      @ThinkingOutsideTheBox  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Cindy Mc Pherson my favorite is Sculpey Premo but I also use Cernit, Fimo and Pardo 😊

    • @cindymcpherson8414
      @cindymcpherson8414 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ThinkingOutsideTheBox I asked because I have used Sculpey to make earrings to sell but they break quite easily which is very disappointing to me. I tried applying resin (the one to mix with the hardner but after applying, the resin would pull into little puddles on the clay so that was a no no) and I needed to find another way to either harden the clay or coat it with something to make it stronger. I will invest in the resin you use. Any further advice you can give will be greatly appreciated.

    • @ThinkingOutsideTheBox
      @ThinkingOutsideTheBox  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Cindy Mc Pherson Sculpey Premo will not break if cured correctly. In fact, it can be quite flexible depending on the thickness of your piece. It sounds like maybe you are using Sculpey III. It is very brittle and I don’t recommend it all for really anything. The resin I used in this vid does not pull away from the edges nor pool on the clay. I think you will like it 😊
