Australia has the largest (and best quality) wild camels in the world. We actually export some of them to the Middle East. They were brought here by Afghan Camel Drivers to take supplies across the interior of the country in the days before there were good, permanent roads and good trucks. When they were no longer needed, they just let the camels go wild. There is a passenger train that runs between Adelaide in South Australia to Darwin in the Northern Territory (south to north of the country) and it is called The Ghan, in honour of the Afghan camel drivers.

No mate, you don't have to travel the world, Australia has it all. We're a huge continent, an island with a massive coast, with beaches all the way around us. You can find those incredible beaches everywhere. Thousands & thousands. Gorgeous ones from rugged, to tropical, to untouched ones. Clear turquoise water & white sands. Bloody well everywhere.
    *
We have skyscraper vistas in every state & territory. Places like Miami or Hawaii. Barren deserts & stunning rock formations like Nevada. Amazing rainforests,Huuuge cattle stations that can take a whole day to go around the perimeters. Rapids like Colorado, grazing lands like Kentucky & every damn place you can think of. It's here.
    *
Low, low populations, the most welcoming, friendliest people on the planet, fantastic weather. Come here & you'll never want to go home. This country is paradise.

Camels were introduced to Australia in the 1800's to help with exploring the center. Some 20k were brought in, including a number of handlers. There are currently over a million feral camels in Australia. What can I say? They like it here.

Those camels are on Cable Beach in Broome, Western Australia. Australia has the largest population of feral camels and the only herd of dromedary (one-humped) camels exhibiting wild behaviour in the world. There is approx. 1 million of the bastards(they are destructive). The kangaroos on the beach, is also in Western Australia, at Lucky Bay, Esperance. It was also voted the worlds best beach in 2023. Also the whitest. (Though a handful of Esperance beaches in Cape Le Grande National Park could have won it). WA is a Big place mate! It can fit Texas in 4x, or 13 Britain's. It has 1300kms(8078miles) of coastline, with nearly 3500 beautiful beaches. Check it out for sure 👍👍 Yes it was a Volkswagen...a Kombi...a Very popular hippy/surf mobile.

Most of these visuals are from way up north, down south it is a completely different climate and landscape. There are even snowfields in the Australian Alpine regions that are larger than the Swiss Alps. Most people have this idea that it is always hot and sunny, but that's not true of all regions. It's a land mass roughly the size of the continental USA, so of course the climate will vary over such a huge land.

Aussie band have great music as well but this film clip was beautiful their are probably later ones
The van was vw combie know here as about 1980s model they came as camper vans from vw as well Ute's
The car 56 shevy both restored hughe car culture here and from all over the world
Yes we don't believe just looking at the vechiles it was almost the perfect picture just missing the booze / grog / beer and bbq / barbie with steak and snags / sausages burger patties
Just a few more slang words to learn
I'm sure plenty Aussie's would put you up if you make it here
The waters that colour even at our beaches in city's aqua blue greens deep blue
Yes Waters are clean Aussie's love they nature and animals so respect it even our streets are clean
Frowned apon to litter people will call you out for it and large fines as well
Their are public bins everywhere so no excuse to throw on ground
It very much a culture thing here you are taught as soon as you can walk to put rubbish in bins also recycling big here
It's one thing we can't understand about other parts of the world why trash / 💩 in the place you living in
    Not even animals do that
    Cheers mate 🦘🇦🇺👍
