Hi, to answer your question of why does it accelerate the center more than the tips : It is because the cord of the wing is not the same in the center and at the tips ! If you pull 10cm on the A with a 60cm cord (at the tips) it dives way more than if you pull the same 10cm with a 2m cord (in the center). And the tips become more collapsable. To prevent this most manufacturer are doing this "pulley" trick on the riser, so the speedbar pulls the outer A half of what il pulls on the two inner A. Have a good time in the air !
It's basically trying to mimic how one "flies the B's" on a 2 liner, like the Zeno or Enzo. More control, stability & performance than old school systems that just pulled the C's down.
Thanks Mike! My A4 is on the way and I can't wait to test the ACR system on glide and during thermal turns. If you have any comments about the performance of the wing using the ACRs, I will be most appreciative!
So much fun on the ACR system. Really comfortable and a decent amount of feedback. Carving while on full speed bar is just amazing fun. Not sure about using them in thermals though. I think it's advised that you're actively piloting using the brakes for that but I'm no expert. I'm sure it could be done, whether there is an advantage 🤷🏼♂️
Great breakdown of the workings. Thank you for taking the time to make this helpful vid.
Thanks heaps mate.

That's pretty much it.
