I recommend watching with headphone, it's so important for especially the 2nd tip (Sound Design in Editing Stage) ▶ CHAPTERS: - 01:24 technique 1 (The Cutaway Editing) - 03:10 technique 2 (Sound Design) - 05:20 technique 3 (The Rule for Sequence)
I have just restarted my TH-cam and I cannot thank you enough for simplifying such lofty concepts so concisely. It takes a lot of clarity to do something like this that even a novice like me can assimilate without getting overwhelmed. Thank you for doing what you do!
One of the best channels I have found on TH-cam! You do such a great job breaking everything down - looking forward to using some of these techniques in my next video!
What a coincidence I've been struggling to make a cinematic vlog and youtube recommended me this video. Thank you so much for this 💗 you deserve more recognition 🙌✨️
great video. only a matter of time before you have hundreds of thousands of followers. you're really talented and provide lots of insight in a very digestible way.
❤ TH-cam recommended your channel, and I subscribed immediately. Very interesting! I hope you make a video about audio and how you edit it on the timeline. Your voice is really cool.❤
Great tips! I’m looking to start my channel up again and I have low following right now but your video is so helpful to help me make my videos look better! Can’t wait what else you have to share!
Hi Tah! I've been following you for years and I'm happy I found your new channel. Would you mind sharing the camera you're using? Thanks for your work. Cheers! :)
Wow amazing how algorithms work, I just thought about announcing that I have new channel after I make like 7-10 videos here first to experience this new kind of things I wanna do before affirming it with you guys about my new direction For camera set up I mainly use Sony A6400 with sigma 18-50 2.8, I also have Sony A7iv set up but for traveling around I feel like the set up of A6400 makes me feel more comfortable
@@tahstory Also, in addition to that, cinematic, or being cinematic, is a scene that draws emotions. Most often, when people refer to the "cinematic look," they really mean "movie look." The warm light, the rain, and the ticking clock in your examples all draw emotions from the viewer. That is cinematic language; thats cinematic.
I have my reason not telling anyone yet that I started new channel even thought I can see the benefit that perhaps some people might come here and support - so I get more views or more subscribers, but for now just to me, I think it’s not the right time yet to announce about this channel For sure, I will give an update to people on the other channel, but it’s a matter of time as I want to be certain about a few things first, particularly the value I can give on this platform, thank you so much for the concern and leaving comment tho, I really appreciated that you care 😊🙏🏽
I spent my weekends traveling and document life with a GoPro. I didn’t really know what I was doing back then haha, just went with the vibe and filmed whatever felt right. By the end of the week, I’d throw together a montage of my weekend. It was fun, I just learned by doing it mostly😊
I travel with only Sony A6400 and Sony A7iv for the lens sigma 18-50 2.8 is attached to the camera and I just have Sony 35 mm 1.4 for shooting low light. I think when it comes to camera and lens choice it’s depends on what we aim to do, I found myself comfortable with carrying Sony a6400 with sigma 18-50 around while travel because it’s much smaller set up than A7iv, plus 18-50 is versatile enough for different length and locals feel more natural when I want to film with them compared to when I try A7iv which I realized local feels more intimidated, plus when walking around in a place I feel sensitive in terms of safety, having small camera set up helps a lot, I barely touch Sony A7iv set up when travel. Everything you see in this video for example is shot on Sony A6400 and lens sigma 18-50 😊
miss can you make a mini cinematic vlog and then break it down... so we all can see how the perspective and shooting behind a good cinematic video looks like ❤ 😅
bro this deserves more recognition
🙏🏻😊
yes...TH-cam's algorithm has to take this channel seriously
