Just a tip for everyone, this is how I do it: - spread a thin layer of oil on the kawali with a kitchen towel or tissue paper. - put the kawali on high heat until the oil smokes for a minute or two. - let it cool for a couple if minutes. - it is ready to fry anything even eggs without sticking. It also works for cast iron skillets and wok. Teflon, greblon, and even ceramic coated frying pans are harmful to body as they contain chemicals that are emitted and mixed with the food you cook in them when heated.

I noticed one thing in the table, a salad of tomatoes and cucumber for Kulas. He likes salad as much as possible at least a cucumber that is widely available. I noticed one thing in the table, a salad of tomatoes and cucumber for Kulas. He likes salad as much as possible at least a cucumber that is widely available. I love that fresh malungay for tinolang manok with a lemon grass, not that much of the other leafy vege but the Bisayan and Pangasinan loves it. Another interesting contents of today's blog. Just a reminder under R.A. 8491, Sec. 14. A flag worn out through wear and tear, shall not be thrown away. It shall be SOLEMNLY BURNED to avoid misuse or desecration. The flag shall be replaced immediately when it begins to show signs of wear and tear.
