If you are here to learn how to cook you came to the right place. If you are here to see how someone speaks , you came to the wrong place. People who has an accent speaks more than one language. Bhavna(ben) makes a wonderful recipes and I have learnt a lot from her. Thank You Bhavna.
i have never tried or made tindoras before..... made them the first time randomly using your recipe from youtube and loved it .... now whenever i cook tindora its this recipe and this one only
I jus wanna let u know u r doing a wonderful job...Not only is your style of presenting very informative, it also is simple...Being newly married and very little experience in cooking, I tend to look up for receipes online n have referred to your videos many times... The things that you mention while cooking, are applicable not just for that particular recipe but are universal... A lot of learning for me n lots of handy tips... So please keep up your good work... BIG THANKS!!!
Whenever I go to the Patel Brothers store, I see the little Tindora there, and never bought it, because I didn't know what to do with it. This looks so good, and I think I'll try it next time I'm there! It's similar to how we cook vegetables in south India, with the mustard seed, cumin seed, ginger, and heeng. Thanks for explaining everything so clearly and thoroughly!
u have the perfect camera placement. quick and detailed methods..........ok i have a question. u always show ur 3G paste box, but when i kept them in fridge, it started smelling strong and changes the colour fast,... how can i deal with dat??
I had zero experience in cooking. But watching your videos made it very easy. Now i know a lot of recipes and all thanks to you and your videos. Keep up the good work.
THANK U FOR THIS RECIPE . I TRIED MAKING IT ONCE BUT MY DAUGHTER KNEW I DIDNT MAKE IT COS IT WAS NOT MADE THE WAY MY MUM OR SISTER MAKES IT, THANKS WILL TRY THIS RECIPE.,BY THE WAY ALL YOUR RECIPES ARE GOOD AND TASTY, CONTINUE WITH UR RECIPES.
@SuperVeggieDelight I love methi seed! I will definitely try this out with the tindora pickle. When my mom used to make the vadu mango pickle, she would use mustard seed, methi seed, and lots of ground red chilies. Any pickle recipe with methi seeds definitely has my approval!
Hello Bhavna, Can you try to make some Rajasthani Thali dishes???? Esp Dal-Bati and authantic Rajasthani food. Thank you. I always enjoy and love watching all your videos, you always have good tips in your video. :)
found this vegetable in the market the other day & had no idea how to cook it! Tried your recipe & enjoyed the flavors of the dish :D :D Thank you! It was so easy to make! Only thing I got so many that were red on the insides .. wish there was a way to tell the ripe ones apart from the others :D THANKS for the recipe :D
I have never cooked Ghiloda veg. by myself but I have eaten it a lot today I went to Gopalpura village in Anand met mr.Baldevbhai patel he gave me a bag full of Ghilodas I will cook it 1st. time by myself. Bhavnaben I'll tell you later on how it was cooked under your instructions.
Nice video/recipe. I'm thinking garlic should've been added after cumin seeds itself to get it cooked properly. Adding it after the vegetables are cooked will have a raw garlic taste.
All jerks who is criticizing about her talent, accent, please try to appreciate her cooking skills. It has nothing to do with food. Grow up. All the food videos posted by millions of people have taught us to cook food on our own. We don't have to depend on Mother, Wife or sister anymore. Think about it. If we are living in another city or country and we want to cook our own food. Who helps us? great people like this. Think about it, who gives us food? God. and if we insult food, it is insult to God. Try to appreciate the work done by someone. Hope you understand. Thanks.
@@Bhavnaskitchen thanks a lot for the info maam! Being a newbie I mistakenly forgot to add it and it tasted weird but then I realized that Salt was missin :D

Pick with dark green color. Tindora that are pink inside are very light green from outside and sometimes bigger as well.
I’ve never eaten this vegetable, but will look for it when I visit our local Indian store. Great recipe.

Hi Bhavna! TY for the recipe. Can you show me as to how and when I need to add onions & potatoes?
I would sauté onion first, add potato and parval at the same time once onion is translucent. And continue cooking till potato and parval is done

When you pick, make sure they are smaller in size and the color is not pale. More the green, better it will be inside.

No sugar?? Lemon juice?
No, we don’t
@@Bhavnaskitchen not very Guju then but modern tastes I guess
When to put onion and tomato.
I would fry them separate and combine everything cooked and again cook for just couple of minutes. The reason is that parval takes time to cook
Singdana or tindola ni sabji banai a na
