I was actually just reading the reviews for Ashoka, and pretty much every "Bomb" review was intelligent, well thought out, went through reasons like Plot, Story, Acting etc, and the positive reviews were like reading comments from a 15-year-old girl about a Taylor Swift concert. The only "review bombing" was the positive reviews.

But in that 1 hour 23 minutes, it got 43697 duels with 3469 wins, which is a 7.9% winrate Also, in that time span, all other top contenders don't have a significant increase in duels (other picture sources not shown in video), which is absurd because top/popular games should have similar probability to show up in real duels. So if wukong is getting that many duels, others should too In that hour and a half, wukong got 20% of total duels of all time, with a 7.9% win rate against non top contender games. IGN wasn't even trying to hide the tampering

I just watched the vid (which was a preview and not a fully fledged review of the game) and you are a little misleading in what you are saying. A remake should enhance the good that a game had and should remove the flaws in the game. IGN said that the game still played like a PS2 game, with it having many loading screens, which meant that it's not really justifying itself as a remake.

Just to put emphasis on this. It seems the most amount of losses a game can get during the face off is 2. The least amount of duels it can do is 2. The most amount of wins it can get is 7. The most amount of duels it can do is 7. Basically the lowest score is 0-2 and highest is 7-0. Inbetween there is 6-1, 4-2, 3-2, 2-2, 1-2, and 0-2. Meaning if people voted out Wukong to a 0-2 situation, bringing the win% down the most, the amount of actual duels it'd have would also be the least possible. While if people voted it or a different game to 7-0, it'd recieve a lot of win% and a lot more duels. Wukong over 1 hour 23 minutes had 43 637 duels, of which 3 415 of these were wins. 40 222 losses with 7.9% win rate. Meaning it had to at the minimum go 1-2, a total of 3 415 times (which counts for 6 830 losses), and 0-2 at least 16 696 times. More realistically it's probably more spread out than 1-2's only which would only increase the sheer amount of 0-2 duels, but you get my point. The least amount of 0-2 duels it had was 16 696. But realistically it's more. This means at the minimum 201 times a minute, Wukong went 0-2. Initially it had a total of 181 569 duels with 90.4% winrate. That's roundabout 164 138 wins and 17 430 losses. After 1 hour 23 minutes it had a total of 225 206 duels with 74.4% winrate. (43 637 more duels) That's roundabout 167 553 wins and 57 652 losses. Oddly enough Final Fantasy VII Rebirth started with a total of 242 489 duels with 71.5% winrate That's roundabout 173 379 wins and 69 109 losses. After 1 hour 23 minutes it had a total of 244 653 with 71.3% winrate That's roundabout 174 437 wins and 70 215 losses. (2 164 more duels) So while Wukong was in 43 637 duels, and with us counting 0-2 and 1-2's only to make it simpler but not entirely accurate. There was 20 111 individual games of face-offs with Wukong. Final Fantasy won 1058 duels and lost 1106 duels. Meaning at the bare minimum of duels, of around 2-2 in this case, meaning 4 duels per face off, not completely accurate but we just want a number, sadly 0-2 is the least amount but the duels here is about a 49-51 win/loss ratio so realistically it can't go 0-2 more than a few times. So we have about 264 individual results of 2-2 and 24 results of 0-2. Meaning a total of 288 individual face offs. So if it's fair and accurate and all games are included at all times and I'm not wrong about the face-off numbers.. How come Wukong had around 20 111 individual games while Final Fantasy VII Rebirth had 288? Sure you can lower Wukongs number a bit, but it'll still be around 69 times more than FFVII. I'd be curious to see how every other game looked like. But either it's incredibly unfair to some capacity while it seems none of the other games participated not nearly as much, or it's rigged.

Rebirth had been leading for the past 2 weeks with Wukong sitting in the low 70’s. I just watched the vid (which was a preview and not a fully fledged review of the game) and you are a little misleading in what you are saying. A remake should enhance the good that a game had and should remove the flaws in the game. IGN said that the game still played like a PS2 game, with it having many loading screens, which meant that it's not really justifying itself as a remake.

Just to put emphasis on this. It seems the most amount of losses a game can get during the face off is 2. The least amount of duels it can do is 2. The most amount of wins it can get is 7. The most amount of duels it can do is 7. Basically the lowest score is 0-2 and highest is 7-0. Inbetween there is 6-1, 4-2, 3-2, 2-2, 1-2, and 0-2.
Meaning if people voted out Wukong to a 0-2 situation, bringing the win% down the most, the amount of actual duels it'd have would also be the least possible. While if people voted it or a different game to 7-0, it'd recieve a lot of win% and a lot more duels.
Wukong over 1 hour 23 minutes had 43 637 duels, of which 3 415 of these were wins. 40 222 losses with 7.9% win rate.
Meaning it had to at the minimum go 1-2, a total of 3 415 times (which counts for 6 830 losses), and 0-2 at least 16 696 times. More realistically it's probably more spread out than 1-2's only which would only increase the sheer amount of 0-2 duels, but you get my point. The least amount of 0-2 duels it had was 16 696. But realistically it's more. This means at the minimum 201 times a minute, Wukong went 0-2.
Initially it had a total of 181 569 duels with 90.4% winrate.
That's roundabout 164 138 wins and 17 430 losses.
After 1 hour 23 minutes it had a total of 225 206 duels with 74.4% winrate. (43 637 more duels)
That's roundabout 167 553 wins and 57 652 losses.
Oddly enough
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth started with a total of 242 489 duels with 71.5% winrate
That's roundabout 173 379 wins and 69 109 losses.
After 1 hour 23 minutes it had a total of 244 653 with 71.3% winrate
That's roundabout 174 437 wins and 70 215 losses. (2 164 more duels)
So while Wukong was in 43 637 duels, and with us counting 0-2 and 1-2's only to make it simpler but not entirely accurate. There was 20 111 individual games of face-offs with Wukong.
Final Fantasy won 1058 duels and lost 1106 duels. Meaning at the bare minimum of duels, of around 2-2 in this case, meaning 4 duels per face off, not completely accurate but we just want a number, sadly 0-2 is the least amount but the duels here is about a 49-51 win/loss ratio so realistically it can't go 0-2 more than a few times. So we have about 264 individual results of 2-2 and 24 results of 0-2. Meaning a total of 288 individual face offs.
So if it's fair and accurate and all games are included at all times and I'm not wrong about the face-off numbers..
How come Wukong had around 20 111 individual games while Final Fantasy VII Rebirth had 288? Sure you can lower Wukongs number a bit, but it'll still be around 69 times more than FFVII.
I'd be curious to see how every other game looked like. But either it's incredibly unfair to some capacity while it seems none of the other games participated not nearly as much, or it's rigged.

@@ano_nym i think it only applies to newer titles. They know FF series got a lot of fan already so they don't want to intentionally creat a backlash. But the end of the day, woke is part of the political propaganda. More ppl believe in woke ＝more exposures and supports ＝more votes. The "Woke" trend is the result of the entire seciety leaning towards left, and politicians gain benefits from it through election, and also financially. I'm actually not 100% sure if Sweet Baby Inc has politician background, i think they might be just a group opportunist and trying to earn as much money as possible (through blackmailing and stuff). But i think IGN is more than likely to got some politicians stand behind them telling them what to do, or IGN's supervisor or director has very STRONG political position and want to persuade more people towards it. My own opinion tho, so take it with a grain of salt lol

Even if it's the same size as any game I played this year and imo the best piece of gaming this year, GOTY should be for new games.

Agreed, I would not have a problem with FF7 winning, but it must be clean win, not fixed with sole purpose of taking Wukong down.
What this video doesn’t point out is that Wukong also shot up to 90% range in the same manner that it shot back down. Rebirth had been leading for the past 2 weeks with Wukong sitting in the low 70’s. Suddenly this week Wukong shot up to 90% range out of nowhere, which is statistically near impossible without bot farming, then it dropped back down to around where it originally was.
