Namaskar, I don’t think there’s any need to do all this. I just peel the peas and store them in an air tight container in the freezer. They remain fresh even after 8 months. I’ve been doing this for a couple of years now. BTW, I like all your kashmiri recipes.
Thanks dear😍🙏 . Yes you can store it directly. But eventually it looses it's taste and colour. Blanching is the best method to preserve your food for long. Try this way and see the difference 😊
