You are great job with Freya and your other kids. Children need to experience things in life, and sometimes a parent cannot prevent their children from getting sick…it’s life. Home schooling has little to do with keeping germs out completely. The only that might keep 100 % of germs away, is to be kept locked away, with no contact with others. That is not possible. Sad that Freya is under the weather, but she still looks happy enough. Love her!

My only advice has always been to do whatever works best for your family! You're a great Mama. Normally when one kiddo gets sick, they all get it to some point. We clean and sanitize to control it but it happens! I hope the cold passes quickly!
Darling little Freya. Sorry she's poorly. You are an incredible mumma bear. You have 4 children, one of which has some challenges, but they are all happy. You do everything you can to make sure each individual child is doing what they need to so they become well rounded adults. I'm sure Freya doesn't only pick up germs from the children. Germs are everywhere, at her school, at physio, at food therapy, at the supermarket, at the doctors surgery. You just do what you need to do. You do an amazing job. People need to recognise that. I hope Freya feels better soon. I use saline in my nose too! And a humidifier ... I add menthol and eucalyptus oil to the water in mine. It really helps. That has been my experience in life, and I am an old lady. I love you and Freya is very very blessed to have the mother God gave her.

To assume you know best about another person’s circumstances is so bizarre to me. Everyone must determine how to manage risks in the ways that are best and work *for them and their family*, and those choices will be different in different situations.

My gosh: people should never judge other people: unless you have walked in their shoes. Children are nortorious for catching viruses..I don't think it's possible to keep freya from catching viruses...My Grandson was diagnosed with All Leukemia: he was in treatment for 3 1/2 years. I sent him to Preschool: because he had no playmates to play with...I used to babysit him while his mother worked. It's so easy to judge another person: much harder to see the flaws in ourselves, alright.
