    You mentioned it over multiple videos, but it didn't really hit me until the 3rd video, that i should throw things up on Social Media to see if that Art-style sparks people attention or interest.
    I've seen ocasional twitter posts explode because the art style or game mechanic was soo amazing. Soo that, combined with you mentioning it... helped me to realize it Consciously

      For sure! Socials can be a great tool for this kind of thing. Can also be good for feedback once you find a crew who is interested in your posts.
      You can get false signal from socials too though, either positive or negative, so just treat it as one more data point instead of your only determining factor.

      That would be a tough one for me to do. Not sure I've found that myself enough to be able to tell other ppl how to do it. I could probably do something like "reviewing game loops" for popular games though

    true prototyping isn't something I do often enough! I just jump into code and waste a bunch of time.

      Honestly same. I waste too much time aiming at the final product when i should prototype

      @Marandal yep. Then when it doesn't work out, get demotivated and give up on it all because making significant changes would just take too much work at that point.
      Or is that just me lol

      Haha ya it can be really tempting to do that. Sometimes you don't realize it. If I catch myself going too far off path from whatever I had planned I'll just make a separate branch right there. Allow myself to work on it for a few hours or so, at least to get to a point where I can show it off to someone.
