Great question. It's a pop-up backdrop! It folds down like a 5-in-1 reflector, except it's 5'x7', white on one side, black on the other. I also have a white/gray, and blue/green.
It's called a pop up background. There are several different brands, and normally white on one side and black on the other. Although I have one in gray, and another in chroma green / chroma blue. Collapses down into a big frisbee.
It's exactly the same process with button ups, sweatshirts, tank tops, etc. The important thing is making sure the angle is right for the back return. Something else I've seen is people holding the shirt open for button ups, but then the drape of the collar doesn't look right in my opinion.

what about the curve of the neckline being different when you shoot inside out. ?
@@DonBrowsing Not really that big a deal. It lines up pretty close and then you liquify any corners.
