Director of this drama directed skate into love too. But literally liu yuning have sang like more than 5 osts for drama that aired this year. He sang ost for word of honour, rattan, you are my hero, legend of fei and appledog pt.2 whatever the name is. Literally such a amazing voice he has. And he is doing great job in this drama too. absolutely.. I've just known about this drama. The story between Cangge and Sun makes my mood. When the OST is being played in certain scenes, it is so powerful and impressive, I burst into tears.

OST of Long Ballad were all brilliant my favourite is still Lui Yu Ning song. The use of ethic instruments and sounds were also its unique selling point. OST of Love Better than Immortality song by Li Yong Yi was another brilliant song and the lyrics were poetic... hard to pronouce though. It is a mis-match to hear European Classic Music playing in the background of say K-Historical Drama: Schubert 'Serenade' an example. Pachelbel 'Cannon' regularly used in modern setting is quite alright...just my opinion. Other classic pieces played in Phils radio dramas were Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto no.1, Rachmaninov Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini. Music is music...... they are food of the soul.

I would agree I prefer the first 4 songs, but think it's cool the last two are sung by the second leads. Also, when I hear the beginning of the 5th song, it reminds me of the scene of the mains rolling off the roof ☺️
